Yeah the chocolate syrup is pretty good! I just get burnt out on the serious mass chocolate flavor I'm sure you can find a better tasting chocolate whey.Keep the trend going. About to try it this morning, substituting chocolate for strawberry syrup.

If you're too damn lazy to put a cup of oatmeal and 2 scoops of protein powder in a shaker cup, you need quit now. I can only imagine how lazy you train.
It takes 5 min to grind up an entire can of oatmeal.... I drink 2 cans a week. No fucking excuses

I just reuse an old protein tub. I'll grind up oatmeal and for every half cup of oatmeal I'll mix 1 scoop of chocolate protein in with it. That way it's literally the same as a story bought mass gainer. Open up the tub, throw a couple scoops in a shaker with some milk or water and shake.

I assume quick oats don't need grinding?
Maybe a stupid question, but how long will ground up outmeal stay good in a zip lock baggy or a protein tub??

Agreed!...throw in a banana, Greek yogurt, flaxseed and evoo for more good cals....ill split it n half and have it with mid morning and mid aft mealsBest mass gainer is oatmeal and protein. Blend it and chug. Cheap as fuck![]()
