This is a good question that I am also interested in. It all goes into the bloodstream anyway right? So no real difference than IM in absorbing the hormones? I know peptides are very effective IV'ed but that's a totally different ball game.

Yeah re-pin 3mls of it this time in the exact same spot. :rolleyes: Nah your good. Every single time I put tren in my left delt I go ahead and drop to a knee when I pull the pin out and get ready for my throat to close and the rush. I actually enjoy it and pin my left delt once a week. Lol

Took a rest day today... didn't want to but I needed it....
Spent the afternoon eating barbecue. ....
Took adex yesterday and today I'm back down to 215.... fucking pissed me off.... water I guess...
 
So I'm taking another rest day... not by choice... my gym is closed today because of memorial day....

I should have planned that out better ..

Question for you guys who have run orals.... should I still be taking the full dose on off days?
 
I do. How are you taking the Dbol though? Are you taking a little bit every few hours or are you taking the full thing as a Preworkout? I like to take them as a Preworkout just because I'm bad about forgetting to take pills at certain times. On rest days I try to take a little dose every few hours though. Honestly there no right or wrong way to do it but you need to continue to take your dbol even on rest days. Drink lots of water too.

It's pharmacom 10 mg tabs so I take 10 mg 3 times throughout the day and then 20 mg pre workout

Gotcha. That sounds like the right thing to do for sure. Keeps your levels steady. Contuine to do that even on rest days till you drop them.
 
Maybe I need to take more rest days..... had the best workout today.... blew away my pr for incline bench.... 315 10 times.... will post workout later.... got a softball game

Felt like a fucking beast in the gym.... not so much the weight lifted but the pumps and agression.... I can really see a huge difference in my chest and shoulders... especially my delts....
I'm getting full body pumps and the regulars at my gym are asking questions... I love it... I wanna be the biggest motherfucker in that place.... there's some big motherfuckers but as the days go by they don't look so big...

3rd week in on private source test at 600 mg a week and on all other compounds..... looking at 3rd week in june to pull bloods.... was running 24k test prior so I wanna give it plenty of time.... thanks bro...
 
Looking at bumping up test in a couple weeks to 800 .... also this week I'm bumping up the npp to 150 eod... leaving the tren at 100 eod as it seems to be doing its job keeping things lean....

Like I mentioned before I was planning on bulking 8 weeks and cutting 8 weeks but if gains stay lean like they have so far I will probably not change anything as far as diet go.... just transition from tren npp to mast at week 8...
Plan on dropping dbol in 2 weeks as well...
217 today but I feel like I've made more gains than what that shows..... I think I'm trading some fat for muscle.... adex is keeping the water in line but I've been running it at 1 mg E3D and it seems that that 3rd day is when I notice the most water retention
 
When I do my cycles I like to take pics weekly to track progress the scale lies, because of cellular water weight. I actually look bigger now that I'm lean at 210 than I did a few months back at 250, or atleast I think I do

Ya I know I look bigger now... peeps at the gym notice.... but I also know I'm adding a lot of water because first thing in the am vs 7 oclock at night my body looks completely different....

It's the dbol. Just go with it and don't change anything unless you get carpal tunnel like I do when I put on a lot of water.

Oh and @OdieM. I fucking did it again.... the fact that u enjoy that fucking cough concerns me.... lol

I can't be the only one who enjoys it. Makes me feel alive. I usually come straight out of the bathroom and kick the dog and rape my wife right afterwards.
