yesterday was supposed to be legs but I had to miss due to shit I couldn't control...
I want to stay on schedule so im moving on to chest and tricepts today..
having some trouble with acne poping up... mostly chest and shoulders... usually don't have much of an issue but it seems to be coming on strong... I need to get some sun...
I really don't want to fuck with acutane...
last cycle I didn't have any trouble until the end and it seems like when I dropped the test down to about 200 a week it started showing up but once I bumped back up to 600ish it stopped...
219 today on the scale.. pretty fucking happy about that... honestly not gaining as fast as I thought I would with all these compounds but im 4 lbs heavier than ive ever been in my life and I still have my abs...
could the acne be a result of poor food quality? im getting my 5k calories and 250 grams of protein but im eating some pretty shitty foods ...
