I do feel great.... I feel amazing man but I fucked up my wrist yesterday doing skull crushers.... got back in today but couldn't do bicepts... it will be ok.... just need to heal a little

Got shoulders and tricepts in today
Went easy on tricepts....
Shoulder pumps were insane...
Right delt is a little sore from pinning yesterday but not bad...

Psst...I'm running fina and live as far south as you possibly can. I can literally smell the ocean most days. Heat index was 104 here today and I came home after a 14 hour work day and mowed my lawn. I'm just happy I didn't die.

Lol ya... I lived in savanna for 3 years in the army.... south gets hot but something about shit here just seems worse to me ...
Don't get me wrong, it's fucking hot here. The midwest sucks for heat. It's not dry heat it's thay thick muggy shit that will kill ya. I get the pleasure of working in it.

You guys are fucking high. I used to work in Missouri and it feels great there. Ever here of this thing called the fucking equator? Yeah I'm as close to that bitch as you can be in the states. Also I'm close to Louisiana which means it's 100% humidity swamp land. So when it's 105° with 100% humidity it feels so much hotter. I've travled all over the states and lived in Saudi Arabia and I hear the only place hotter then where I live is Death Valley.

I love how motherfuckers think that if you get big you must be on juice... Sadly that's the stigma with steroids. People think they can inject this manic liquid and they just get swole as fuck.
