Dont i know it!!!! I did 4 weeks pct and i feel a mere fraction of myself. Lost 9lbs and joints ache like a mother. Its one reason why im so impressed with how your maintaining strength and size on your cruise and also why im thinking about cruising cause i actually have very low T but am a little afraid to do trt. Scares me to think i gotta pin for life.Upper back is coming along. But I carry a decent amount in my lower back. Nothing crazy but enough to drive me nuts. I have some more work to do before my next blast but I have some time. I appreciate the support. Feeling pretty human these days. Getting sore sucks balls.

Interesting , because bench is the lift that takes the biggest hit for me as well. Whats surprising to me is my squat is almost unchanged. Go figure!!!!This is my first cruise. I have held good strength in everything but bench. I feel like my bench has gone down the tube. I was hitting 405 regularly earlier in the year and I'm struggling with 365 these days. Hell 315 was working weight in the 8-12 range now 4-6 reps is hit or miss. I blame most of it on trying to work on form and changing up routines.

My arms are crushed. Diet is finally getting dialed in now. 5th day of hitting my numbers to the T. Weight is right on spot at 200 abs are showing decent. Having a hard time though with the cardio everyday. It's just so damn boring.
Cardio options:
High intensity interval sex, medium intensity steady state sex, low intensity steady state sex, hill sprints, swimming, prowler or push/pull sled, bleacher runs, more sex, kinky porn star sex, barbell circuits, sprints, etc
A lot of people don't track or count sex when counting macros. But your burning around 100 depending on whether your doing, how @Docd187123 put it, high interval, medium intensity or steady state.
