Ive been lifing seriously for about 10 years now. Ive been training only natural for the past 4 years or so, I ran 2 cycles before that. I was gonna get some gear but after all the seizures and stuff lately Ive become terrified of finding sources through the net.
My question is what supps out there do u guys like or reccommend. I dont really know much about the so called "pro hormones", just figured if I was gonna take stuff like that I would just go with the real thing. But as I said Im too afraid to try and go that route right now. If I listened to every article or supplement advertising Id be taking 600 different things a day. This is what im currently taking and have been for a while, but just looking for something extra...
