Supplements while on and off cycle

Hello,
Started my first cycle of 400 test c a week for 12-14 weeks and adding anavar 50mg ed for the last 6-7 weeks and wanted to get opinions on what supplements you guys take while on cycle and off cycle and would dim or dhea be one of these supplements add at some time? Those 2 supplements I’m up in the air about but would love advice on supplements taken while on cycle and off. Thank you in advance

The supplements easily cost more than the drugs lol

I take fish oil, creatine, vitamin d3, pantothenic acid, zinc, magnesium, calcium, taurine, NAC. I’m certainly forgetting things here too.

Only thing I do differently on vs off is take an extra gram of taurine and b5 (pantothenic acid) when on. Probably negligible tho

DIM or DHEA aren’t really gonna touch the sides vs the test. I’d def have taurine on hand for the Amare and be ready to take 4-5g per day to avoid cramping. NAC is good for liver support. TUDCA is good as well but I’ve stopped taking it as I don’t run orals anymore and just run test/gh at a relatively low dose of 300mg and 3-4iu

That just seems like a lot of stuff to take.

I try to keep mine relatively simple:
-multivitamin
-protein powder
-Glucosamine for joints

(For sleep)
L theanine
Melatonin
It is , once you start it.. you’ll realize how optimal your cycle will be .. plus the not needed AI

So you do take dim and dhea, while on and off cycle?

This is a good read to get an idea what you MAY need. Supplements are a slippery slope I like to keep it fairly simple when possible but this is what I would take when on a heavy cycle with hgh but is likely overkill for a little test cycle

Multi 2x a day
Vit D, K, E, C and B
Fish oil
krill oil
Coq10
Nac
tudca
Boswellia Extract
Magnesium
Berberine
dhea and pregnenolone
P5p

Prescription meds
Rosuvastatin
Telmisartan
Nebivolol

So do you take d,k,e,c,b separate on top of your multi?

For me it's only the most necessary supplements:

1. Creatine
2. Fish oil
3. Caffeine
4. Vitamin D (I don't take it from May to August, sometimes even October)
5. Magnesium
6. Zinc

Other stuff I try and get from food. No need to reach 100% on everything.
I hold way too much water on creatine. With any BP issue, creatine would be the first to go

I run Complete Health V2 by Like A Pro supplements 365 on TRT. Post workout I run a greens and reds drink with beet root powder. Also take Animal Flex and Omega all year round for joint support and heart health. Other than that just a multi vitamin. I don’t run anything more than test and anavar when I do cycle so the supplements remain the same on or off. Mid 40s now and overall health is paramount. Staying strong, lean, and mobile is the goal.

That's true, however I find I don't hold much water from creatine and when I stop I usually lose only 1-2kg at most which is like few pounds only. But I notice slight strength/energy loss after I stop taking it for 2-3 weeks. I say for me it's worth it. I get your point though.

Creatine
Whey
Multivitamin
Vit C
Vit D+K+Iodine
Vit E
B complex
Omega 3
Zinc glycinate
Magnesium bisglycinate
Melatonin
Gaba
Ashwaganda
Berberine
Red yeast rice
Ezetimibe

And when i throw the anavar, NAC and probably some tudca. Also if ezetimibe won't be enough for my lipids i'll add a low dose rosuvostatin and ditch the red rice yeast.

I might consider some of the stuff you mentioned. I love anavar, but it's a health killer. Gonna switch to primobolan this summer and finish off with anavar and injectable stanozolol combo for the final touch. Plan is legit 8% at 220lbs (100kg) in August.

I basically do the same thing except for a multivitamin and Vitamin C. Already went down the route of taking 30 diff supps and I feel the same on this.
