Supps to get female legs/butt leaner

Hello,

I heard taking estrogen blockers can help a woman get her legs/butt leaner during contest prep - is this true? Does anyone have any experience with this?

What else might help reduce fat there (besides the obvious diet/cardio)?

I'm doing my first show in sixteen weeks, can't afford a coach and I want to do as much right as possible. :)
 
Genetics play a huge role in body types and where fat is deposited. Sometimes those stubborn areas are last to go and may seem unachievable. A good ECA, Clen, t3 stack will help. No replacement for the diet and cardio though.

I think an intro is needed and maybe some pre-contest pictures so we could be arm chair coaches.

What’s your background? Currently on anything?

Dude that supervised a gym in Saudi I was at would drink battery water (distilled) and one large steamed yam for dinner a month out.

I'll skip the battery water, haha.

I did get a response from a very talented, top BB coach saying that yes, Nolva can be used to help females lose more body fat in lower regions.
Adex can be used to completely block estrogen, but that seems like a terrible idea for my long term health, lol.

I'm going to try Nolva and I'll update in 16 weeks. :D

Depends on how hard you want to go lol.

Clen, DNP, HGH or Frag IMHO.

But yeah, just popping AI's... agreed... awful idea.

I dont even pop AIs on cycle unless I need them.
Let alone just munching them off cycle.

A lot of women need to lean on T3 and clen to fully lean out their lower half. It’s crazy; have seen women peeled to the bone from the waist up and still have no sign of separation in their legs.

Moderate anti-estrogen use over the last couple weeks can help, but this is something that should be carefully experimented with. Estrogen control for men is drastically different from women

I got a neighbor that is the exact opposite, legs are lean and vascular as hell, upper body has a bunch of fat. It's a trip
 
Honestly, skip the drugs if it's your first show. Use the money for a coach, even if it's just through prep.

Brittany Terry and Hannah Stoutamyer are both reasonable and entirely fucking awesome.

Just my 2 cents.

Blueberries just eat tons of blueberries.
