sust and anavar cycle

Im going to do a 12 week cycle of sust 250 twice a week and anavar 45 do i really need hcg for the whole cycle do i need hcg at all my pct is Nolvadex im 36 this is my first cycle ive done prohormones he anavar is for weeks 5 to 12 a little worried about how i will feel on it since the prohormones made me feel horrible for the first week anxiety and sleepless after the first week felt great
