Sustanon 250, dbol?

I've heard nothing but nightmares stories about pinning quads from guys I know personally, but people on the net do it all the time. If u go that route good luck. Warming oil and pinning slowly can help. And don't worry, pip can last damn near a week. If it ain't cleared by then and has any serious swelling or warmth u may have a problem, but ime if your sanitary with ur shit it's very unlikely to get any infection. Just be liberal with the 90% alcohol and ur good to go.
Just got back from the gym. It didn't cause any problems like I was worried about. I didn't have hardly any pain during my workout so that's great. One of my friends pins his quads. That's the reason I was thinking about doing that. He says he has no problems doing it and that's the only spot he pins. Maybe I'll try it maybe I'll just do the other side of my ass so it'll be evenly sore lol. I was real sanitary about everything so I'm not too worried about infection. Alcoholed everything got alcohol pads and bandaid and all that good shit. Maybe I'll try getting a smaller gauge needle. I got these from my friend it's what he uses and they are 22g 1.5".
You can use a 25 GA... go deep in the muscle also, don't half ass it.

I don't recommend pinning quads.

Hitting legs is good for pip ime. Massage the oil into the muscle, get a got shower, get GF to massage ass, fuck her, and do lifts in gym that get blood into the pinned muscle... You'll have minimal pip. I've never had any pip that was that bad at all following the above.
Will try to get a smaller gauge. I didn't half ass it. I put the 1.5" pin in as far as it would go it was just hard to hold it steady and do it in that position behind me. I was going to get my gf to do it but she was scared she was going to hurt me or something. She'll probably do it this weekend for me now that she knows it's not going to kill me. Is there any other places you guys pin that would be easier or should I just stick to what I'm doing?
 
Delts are good. I like quads my self. Every once in a while I get sloppy and end up with some pip. Mostly get it with prop though. Good tip someone gave me for quads is to pretend you have your hands in your pockets an pin at your ring or pinky finger.

I only do glutes and delts, HCG in triceps. That's about it for me.

Thought about lats but if it ain't broke...
 
Hey guys. I've pinned three times so far. The first time in the glute had a lot of pip for about a week. The second time I pinned was in my right quad and I had almost no pip at all. Ok, yesterday I pinned my left quad and today it is sore and shit. I'm using two different vials and so far every time I use one vial I get pip. Do you think it could somehow be a difference in the vials? They are the same thing and came from the same place and I'm pretty sure they are the same batch number (I'll check to be sure later, I'm at work now). Or could it just be my technique? I think I'm doing pretty good when doing my quads.
