Swiss/Magnus are based in Poland... so probably the Poland police are prosecuting them.

I always thought steroid manufacturers resided in eastern Europe because it was some how legal to produce/manage from there. I still don't know how the owners of Balkan/SP don't get indicated on conspiracy charges because their products can be found internationally.
