Switch from EC stack to clen

So I've been using an EC stack for the past several months and have been making some good progress.

Currently dosing as follow:
24mg E 200 C
24mg E 400 C preworkout
24mg E 200 C

I picked up some clen to try and was wondering how I should transition. Was gonna start at 20mcg clen first in the morning and titrate up by 10 or 20 every few days depending on how I feel.

Should I keep the caffeine in or should I try to cut down? From what I've read, I should just be able to drop the ephedrine without a problem.

I'm at the point now where the EC isn't very stimulating at all. I could honestly go right back to bed after the first dose, and some days, even the preworkout dose. Wondering how much stronger the clen will be? I'll find out soon enough...

Personally i wouldn't use Eca or clen longer than a month, its just to stressful for your body. You should definitely add a baby dose of 100 mg aspirin next time you use ephedrine,it makes a big difference. Before you start clen you should give your receptors and body in general a break first,4-6 weeks without consuming any stimulants not even coffee.Try adding l tyrosine daily to restore dopamine levels and increase cardio and watch your calories, because your metabolism will slow down and you will feel like a zombie during the first 2-3 weeks. You could also use ketotifen to restore receptor sensitivity, but give yourself still at least a week or two off so you wont overtrain and burn yourself out.Use it before bed because it makes you very sleepy. Then when you recovered start with clen at 40 mcg before cardio or weights and slowly up your dose by 20 mcg each week until you find your sweetspot, mine was at 60-80 mcg before sides got too much.Dont take clen in the evening because it wont let you sleep. And dont take more than one dose daily.Try taking a potassium and taurine supplement daily or you will look flat as a pancake and cramp constantly.Stimulants are shitty drugs dont use them longer than really needed.
