Hello everyone,

I was on Semaglutide last year , I’m currently on 15 mg weekly for 2 months tirzepatide (Moun-jaro) and I’m considering switching to retatrutide because I am not losing weight anymore.

For those who have made a similar change, could you please share what starting dose you used ?
Should I go for Cagrilintide ?

Thank you in advance for any insights :)

Huh? My post is related to the OP of this thread, if you actually read it he says he doesn’t do any exercise or whatsoever for 1.5 months nor he checks his diet etc he is just injecting tirz and hoping for the best
You’re still the outlier. I’ve not heard of an instance yet of someone who’s rhr went down while using reta. I’m actually envious of you tbh

I pretty much did the samething a couple months ago, Started at 5mg per week and I havent switched doses. Wanted to make sure body didnt have reactions so first shot I did 2.5mg. Other then that ive had great results!

Tirz @ 2.5mg fully wiped out my appetite, INSANE!

I’ve tried every bodybuilding method, with GLPs being the most recent, and, yeah….

I added in Tirzepatide to enhance insulin sensitivity while on HGH, but the appetite suppression is just ridiculously powerful.

I am going to try Reta, especially if it’s supposed to have slightly less appetite suppression, and a bit more liver fat reduction.

Just my anecdotal reports but I noticed that Reta appetite suppression wanes over time whereas the tirz didn’t. And I just kept feeling shittier and shittier on the higher doses of tirz.
