okay so I'm a little lost here. My right delt/trap/bi&tri is noticeably smaller then my left side. I am left handed and do most things lefty. Anyone have any ideas on how I can improve the right side ? I have for the past month been doing 3-4 extra reps with that side of my body..

Im right handed but my left pec is bigger. I assume it boils down to form and over compensation on your non dominate side.

Have you had any big difference performing unilateral movements? Like you can curl (applies to any movement really) 50x15 with left but only x9 with right? As long as your right side is not falling short of strength I think it's alright. Be careful to not overcompensate with more reps, 1 is alright but 4 with any reasonable intensity?

I will take down the reps a little to 1 extra. When I do say curls with dumbells I usually take my right side down by about 10 pounds compared to my left after about 3 sets with the same weight just to be able to keep the reps the same

haha my lil brother said the same thing when i got him into lifting lol he is such a pefectionist he just got over 15in arms and noticed one was bigger and asked if he should work that arm out more i just laughed and said everyone is like that my left arm is 20in cold right arm is 19 1/2 (so i always give my left arm # when asked lol) but i did the same thing when i started working out and noticed it . everyone has a muscle imbalince even at the pro level its normal ... I remember phil heath saying one of his arms is slightly bigger than the other . What i do is when i do one handed shit like dumbell rows curls whatever i start with my weak side and go heavy 8 reps the 8th you should give out than do the same with your strong side just up to 8 if you can go more dont . When doing barbell rows ,pullups ,bench whatever use heavy weight 8 reps good form and put your mind into your weak side ... does that make sence you know just focus on your weak side cus your dominate side wants to take over so always be aware of that . thats why you see dudes bench and their weak side is giving out and the bar is all slanted .

Don't do that. Use the same weight. Same reps.

+1 for not doing more reps for that side.

A lot of it is genetics and bone structure, it's just the way you are and people probably don't notice. Just work everything evenly using DBs and eventually it will level out, as much as it's going to get anyway!
