Syringes and needles in NY?

I am here in NY for work for the next few months. I tried using the “ESAP” program, as buying any amount of syringes and needles from a pharmacy without a prescription is legal, yet 0 pharmacies I've called or walked into will allow me to without a prescription. No medical supply stores near me sell them. Amazon has region-blocked me, including on cheap “Shatong” needles and cheap luer locks. I tried an order on bacteriostaticwater, farrislabs, and gpzmedlab as they don’t check for a medical license or a prescription, but I can't get past checkout without a site error.
Other sites like syringeneedledepot have nothing in stock of what I need.
How do people get syringes and needles in this god-forsaken state? Is it just a Long Island thing with the pharmacies? I don't care about the price at this point, if a place has 1ml luer locks, 25g 1”nipros, and 29-31g insulin syringes in stock or you know where to go here in NY any help would be appreciated.

Maybe try ebay? Thats crazy you can't find that stuff without a perscription. I am sensing a business idea here...

It is legal to purchase and obtain any amount from a pharmacy, hospital, or other providers in NY, but no pharmacist has been willing to do this.

I even checked a directory from 2019 that shows ESAP-registered pharmacies. I called 3 and went to 4 in person yesterday, all said they weren't participating in the program.

Kind of. It is treated as selling a controlled substance if you sell sterile syringes and sterile needles without being a pharmacist or healthcare provider in the state but you can possess them and purchase them legally without a prescription.
The issue becomes where to get them lol

Both Farris and GPZ should work. What kind of site error are you encountering? Browser or anti-tracking plugin related, or is there an error message showing NY as the issue?

Alot of websites cancel orders to certain states. It's a state law. Adw is one of them.

I tried on my phone and laptop. All the sites I tried are Shopify-based and I looked into it. I was able to get shipping rates but if a store blocks shipping to your location I shouldn't even be able to see that. It just throws a generic error. I tried different payment methods to see if that was the issue but no charges or attempted charges went through. There might be an issue on my end.

Mainly Amazon. But I have purchased them at various pharmacies like walgreens, cvs etc...

Damn, I will try the advice @adrenalytic gave then. I'm jealous you've had luck at pharmacies. I gave up on that idea after blowing time driving all around my county in LI yesterday lol.

Bloodwork is another story but that situation seems to be getting better.
