T3 and t4 usage in a bulk

Loads of people i know that are being coached by people like kuba and stefan are on t4 and some on t3 year round, even in a push. To keep levels stable and keep metabolism high.

I have 5 boxes of t3/t4 mix laying around (50/12,5) and some solo t4 boxes.

I am ar week 6 of my push phase right now and my weight is going up a little too fast becouse i simply eat to much.

I need to fix the eating first i know. But if i wanted to add in tome t3 or t4. How would i do this? 100t4 solo? Or 100/25 t3/t4 or lower?

I am on 5iu hgh now also btw

Hello, people use it year around to replace natural production and for hgh use because it low your t4, for use with 5ui hgh it's like 25 mcg t3 (natural remplacement) and 100mcg t4, if you go higher you maybe need more t4 but anyway the better if blood test to know how much to use

So 100t4 and 25t3 would be a good teplacement dosage?

Bro these people are professional bodybuilders, are you too? I wouldn't mess with thyroid meds and especially T3. You can do bloodwork and see where your thyroid markers are and in case you're off due to HGH you can start with some T4. I don't understand the logic to eat more than your needs require and then compensate with thyroid drugs to avoid getting fat. If you can't scale back food maybe consider some GLP meds, not thyroid meds. Just my opinion.

The heart can become dependant on exogenous t3 if used for long durations, reformation of the heart if improper doses are taken, arrhythmia just to name a few of the serious problems if you mess up on dosing. Couldn't agree more, just use a glp, and if you absolutely must take t4 solo it's a lot more forgiving. Probably don't need it unless your running gh high year round. Way to many sides to burn 200 more calories a day in my opinion.

This.
However, look around the forum, and so many people are taking them, just because.
They may pay for it down the line.
I understand when someone looks at those levels, they seem OK but, maybe because something else is not working 100%, one panics and ends up questioning them (lol, Eddie you know).
But then to go and do this kind of stuff is insane.
People here seem extremely blasé in their attitude towards these drugs.

Same with a lot of drugs on here.

There was someone here who wanted to make a t3 suspension, to be taken "throughout the day".
Christ. Like it's echinacea drops or something. You'll find the post in the homebrew forum.
If you need further confirmation of what you think, there's also that.

If you rub HGH year around you probably don't need T4 as your body will adapt to it and fix itself. I have run 5+ IU for a long time and my thyroid is perfect. Increased to 10IU gonna draw blood soon to recheck

I've been on 12iu for a while and my TSH ended up at a .35 with non existent free t4/t3

Ended up getting doctor prescribed t4 125 mics and it made a big difference. I actually thought I had a serious issue, constant fatigue, napping all the time. Instantly fixed. But I'm not naive to the fact that everyone is different and just because I experience something it doesn't mean everyone else does.

What does your bloodwork look like with that dosage? Is it not too little for your size?

Yeah it's really subjective I should have added that to my comment. Some ppl really need to, some other ppl don't need it at all.

I have not needed it ever until now but this is my first time at 10IU so we will see.

You worded that in a way that makes me sound big, thank you haha I'll take it.

I feel great on it, I'm in the middle of the range for free t3 which is what matters, free t4 slightly below middle range. Don't fix what isn't broken I suppose.

Id be very curious to see what happens if you don't mind sharing a little ways down the line. Totally understand what your saying and agree fully.

LIke I said this dosage are what bodybuilders use for replacement but if I can give you an advice, take your hgh and do bloodtest, next to your t3 / t4 levels dose it, maybe your t4 goes down and you need it or maybe not, well and think of another big thing and I talk for my case only, when I had take t3 my strength at the gym goes down, when I go up my hgh dosage, I have to check the t4 in blood to dose it better,
All of that to say it's not that simple with t3 and t4 because it's very individual and you can f0ck your body literally, your food problem isn't one, I mean if you eat the right food in bulking and in cutting you don't need t3 or t4 for me it's just t4 depending on the hgh dosage (individual) and maybe t3 depending on many factors (personnaly i never go upper than 25mcg of t3 and it was before a show )
One last thing, some coaches and athletes tell you what works but think of 1 thing, by the past (golden era) athletes takes Testo primo deca and diana, winstrol oxan and have great physiques, do you think we need all of the new strategies and aas to hit your organs badly to a achieve a great body ?
