Hello all , looking for a little advise . Hopfully I picked the correct forum . I'm looking to cut up alot . I'm 40yrs old , been in the gym all my life . I don't have any experience with t3 , and tried clen once , which I quit early due to very painful cramps . I haven't run any gear in a long time (as far as steroids ) . My body is lean , can't pinch my skin when I flex , except my stomach and chest .

To make a long story short I have been out of the gym since September, with a torn bicept tendon . surgery was in November . I'm in therapy and curling 10lb weights for reps . I'm hoping in 2 months I can start going a bit heavy and maybe run some test . Instead of wasting this time I thought I might try to cut up as much as possiable , even if it means muscle loss.....since I have already lost a ton.

I'm 5'10" , 215# . Was 210# before injury , but I estimate I lost 15lbs of muscle and gained 20 lbs of fat . My diet is pretty clean , and I'm back to work at a very active job . Right now I'm probably walking at least 5 miles and 10-30 flights of stairs a day , not counting other physical labor. So I'm not worried about cardiovascular .

Summer is coming and I don't have alot of time . Advise ?

Best advice for you, research! You got cramps off the clen because obviously you didn't know how to run it, L-taurine helps with that. Maybe you should look into keto diet, I like it and it's pretty simple. Stay away from T3

Thx . I have never run a strict diet in my life as I'm always active and lean . I've been reading on it and I'll give it a shot .

If you're active and lean.. why run Clen and T3? I say, just stay the course and follow your recovery plan.. Once you've heal, add lean muscle by training hard and watching your diet!

Ive always been lean , but my injury laid me out for months . My gut is bigger than ever and my beasts are holding alot of fat . The rest of me is lean , but not these 2 areas. Your probably right , sick it out . It's just depressing to watch myself and Im kinda looking for an edge . I'm gonna try the cut carb out diet . I've been eating a huge bowl of oatmeal for 20 years every morning lol ,

The worse you can do is jacked up your thyroid (which controls your metabolism) by using T3. Don't get me wrong.. many folks used T3 and recover with no issues. It's something you might want to research just in case you're that 1% that doesn't recover.. As for Clen, I would check your heart making sure it's strong.. Last couple of times I ran Clen, my heart was racing and my resting bpm jumped from 56 to 75 and stayed there for almost 2 hours!
