T3 Clen optimal dosage protocol

50mcg T3 with 40 - 80mcg clen, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with 1 hour of cardio per day. you should also probably be on at least 250 test and maybe some winstrol or masteron to do an aggressive cut like this, otherwise you'll just end up losing a bunch of muscle.
 
I usually cut 20 pounds in 8 weeks with clen. I go up to 160 micrograms a day but stims don't bother me. I tirate up every 3 days like 40,40,40,60,60,60,80,80,80,100,100,100,120,120,120,140,140,140,160,160,160. At 21 days I take ketofin twice a day to clear my beta 2 receptors. I never go past 60 days except once I did 90 days to get from 225 to 180.
 
thks for the protocols guys. appreciated. yes I will preserve muscle tissue. On 1500mg test 400 tren 100mg dbol preworkout 4 iu gh 1 hr pre workout, 10iu slin at workout time.
The 100 dbol pre-workout doesn't make any sense. So it has a 6-8 hour half life, right? So why take it all at one time? And a wet estrogenic compound while you're trying to cut?

You're not saying what kind of slin pre-workout, which makes me think this might be a joke.

And you never said why you are taking T3 and what is the goal of it.
 
Clen doesn't need to be cycled... Start from 20-40, up the dose every 5-7 days, reach a dose that you can tolerate and keep that until you finish your cut... T3 don't know, someone says to dose it twice a day and someone says to dose it once a day ... Lol with that dosages you wouldn't lose muscle mass.
 
If you hate sleeping, love sweating your ass off, and enjoy headaches , sure the side effects are manageable. Then you have the rebound lethargy to deal with when you stop taking it.

appreciate the input Hometeam. There are different opinions on orals pre workout/half life etc. Discussed by others here on meso in the forums past. I just prefer it preworkout. Cheaper than a can of Monster. Only slin I ever use is humalog to keep my Life 'simpler'.

I can see if you're a powerlifter trying to add some extra plates to your lifts, dianabol or anadrol pre-workout is good for that, but for cutting purposes I'm not sure you want that burst of estrogen. Insulin too helps more with bulking than cutting, especially the fast acting stuff.

I'm on clen and T3 now, and lost about 10lbs in a month (I'd guess about 5-6 of it was water weight, going from 400mg test to 200) and you feel a little more hot and sweaty than usual, and just drained from being in a caloric deficit. Warm/hot and drained isn't a good feeling. And for about 2 of those weeks I was sick with a bad cold. Because clen reduces blood potassium levels (as does insulin) it would be a good idea to eat a banana a day.

I've read you shouldn't overdo it on the t3 because you'll lose muscle mass.

At the dosages recommended adverse effects are inevitable and should be anticipated.

Worst of which are arrhythmias and the consequences could be life threatening especially if this member has underlying HD.

do you take all the doses together or do you break them up throughout the day?
 
400g protein intake it causes further protein breakdown increased protein synthesis (nitrogen retention)

50mcg t3
75mcg t4
40mcg clen

4-5am ingest dosages above
no food caffeine or calcuim for 4 hours

just added extra in the protocol
