T3 Clen optimal dosage protocol

I appreciate that extra detail - Im 2 days into my clen cycle. and am starting it at night right before bed. Im really enjoying the extra sweating that comes with it but was unsure based on my research whether I wanted to maintain steady blood levels throughout the day, or take the single large dose.

What time of day do you prefer to take it? and do you strategize it around meals or cardio etc?

You're supposed to take it early in the morning when you wake up because it last so long.... so you can go to sleep later LOL

I got the idea to try taking it before bed from another post on this forum. the individual sharing their experience said they were able to sleep through the worst of the side effects ( shaky hands extreme sweating and cramps) while getting even more benefits and in their opinion this was due to being able to have it active longer on a fasted state...

I liked the idea and gave it a shot and it worked well for me at the smaller doses (20ug and 40 ug)... i'm not that sensitive to stimulants.... but I have doubts (to your point) that I would be able to do the same at the higher doses

but i've also read several accounts including Jim Palumbo who I think you referenced earlier on this thread... where he advises taking every couple hours to minimize side effects....

so just trying to merge these ideas into something that could work for me and allow me to run clen at 100-160 ug for 60 days without experiencing any adverse events

I appreciate your input and for coming back to a thread that was inactive for a year ;)

Most people seem to avoid T3 like the plague nowadays - personally hate how flat it leaves you looking at a time when you’re going to feel mentally challenged anyway.

Just remember you can’t out-dose a crap diet. 99% of your cut will come down to diet and consistently being in a caloric deficit you can maintain.

It’s not the best thing to take muscle loss if protein intake is low since it breaks down nitrogen at a quicker rate protein turnover. And even if it increases proteins synthesis study’s show over 50mcg muscle loss from memory could be wrong need to look

Diet I’s always key
