Does T3 have any place in the offseason or bu;king/growth phase to potentially increase the amount of food utilized and maintain insulin sensitivity?

Most people have thyroid problems. But even a person with no thyroid problem will suffer from low thyroid when exercising/working out or in a calorie deficit. That's where T3 can help prevent downregulation.thyroid drugs are for people who have a slow thyroid and people who want to fuck up their normal thyroid by taking them when they don't need them.
what about someone with depressed thyroid function after a rigorous pre contest prep? Do you advise allowing the trainee to just recover naturally? Or supp w exogenous t3 etcthyroid drugs are for people who have a slow thyroid and people who want to fuck up their normal thyroid by taking them when they don't need them.
Thing is, the diet-induced decrement to fT3 is an adaptive mechanism to spare protein catabolism. There are better solutions to increase SNS output. Most people have thyroid problems. What alternatives would you recommend?Thing is, the diet-induced decrement to fT3 is an adaptive mechanism to spare protein catabolism. There are better solutions to increase SNS output.
Slowly feed up and slowly reduce activity unless there’s some serious damage done. If you did serious damage, you either need to learn that lesson or your bodybuilding better be your livelihood and you probably wouldn’t be asking a forum for the answer.what about someone with depressed thyroid function after a rigorous pre contest prep? im not an expert but I would refer to the post below. would you take test after a cycle to help recover your natural levels? its going to keep them from recoveringwhat about someone with depressed thyroid function after a rigorous pre contest prep? Yeah, I made the rookie mistake of trying to stay peaked for too long, as opposed making it the focus of a single event that you strive for then get out of asap. Learning experience.Slowly feed up and slowly reduce activity unless there’s some serious damage done. Wasn’t directed at anybody who isn’t abusing t3. T3 is the new tren; everyone and their mother is using it instead of restoring thyroid function and dieting intelligently. But that’s nothing new. Just a different type of drug addict.Yeah, I made the rookie mistake of trying to stay peaked for too long, as opposed making it the focus of a single event that you strive for then get out of asap. Also, idk if the "stop abusing t3" comment was directed at me, but Ive never used t3
id say also the new trend is DNP. everyone and their mother taking that poison, diet is too hard lolWasn’t directed at anybody who isn’t abusing t3. Drug-wise: E/C stack, Clen (to maintain SNS output, protein sparing/anabolic vs. T3). With respect to diet tactics, a refeed at maintenance for 1 - 2 weeks to reverse the adaptations (↓T, IGF-I, free 3,3',5-triiodothyronine [fT3], Leptin, NEAT & ↑Ghrelin) with an eye towards particularly repleting glycogen stores quickly. What alternatives would you recommend?
