DD, if you got your physique without any clen or t-3 I am double impressed. You are correct about what can achieved through diet and cardio. My opinion is that if I can get ripped on 3000 cals vs 2500, I am picking the 3000. But I havnt seen single digit bodyfat since 2005 so I will defer to you on this one. I'm more powerlifter than bodybuilder anyway. I love food too much man. [)][)][)]
thanks bud. Yep, no fat burners at all this past diet, NOTHING!! Maybe a coffee here and there but nothing else. No clen, no ephedrine, no T-3, absolutely nothing but a moderate cycle and busting my ass on the diet. I stayed strong as hell all the way through until the last couple weeks. Not to mention, my look was so much better!! I didn't have that catabolic ripped look, I had that nice and pumped ripped look. Fuck fat burners and thyroid, no need for them
I actually had to drop the t-3 I was taking ( if it was t-3) . It was spiking my BP something terrible. To my suprise, I look and feel much better! I have been nailing my diet as well and there is no way I can argue with ya on this one now.
