t3 timing

On 75mcg t3, if there is never a time in the day when I'm fasted, is it okay to take it with food? And is it okay to take it all at once or 3x/day?

No I didn't.

Why no GH?
I would definitely not recommend it for any of the reasons you would think.

Let me put it this way. Say you take two natty identical twins.
One gets two vials of test e and the other person gets an unlimited supply of GH for one, no, make it two years.

After the two years, who do you think will have gained the most muscle mass?

Also, let me point out that the two testosterone vials only cost about $50 bucks for two. The GH will exceed $10k.

Now I know what you are thinking "synergy, hyperplasia, fountain of youth DONTCHA KNOW?"

If you can, please provide a strong argument for why you should use GH? Have it based on science too, not that fountain of youth crap. What do you think GH does for you?

2 vials over 2 years...that wouldn't do anything. Even if it was 500mg test a week for two years vs 15iu per day for 2 years, I'd bet the gh wins. It's just not worth the price for poor people. I don't even know what kind of IGF scores people get on 15iu but it's got to be at least 900, right?

I don't have an argument.

Even with IGF-1 levels of 900 ng/ml I don't think you will get that much muscle mass. No where near what testosterone or tren can do.

Most guys will gain at least 10-20lbs from two vials of testosterone.

I don't think the GH person would gain anything close to that, even in two years. 1 year, no chance.

That's my opinion anyway :P

Two vials of test E..... let’s say it’s 300mg. That’s 1 cycle a year for 2 years.

Unlimited supply of gH for two years..... I’m betting scenario 2 you will add more muscle mass in the 2 years.

No evidence and I don’t think this can be proven either way.

Not to agree with sworder but I would just take T4 and max out my natural t3 conversion. Reason I personally wouldn’t want to have to do “TRT” for my thyroid the rest of my life too, if somehow that was a possibility

How much muscle would each person gain do you estimate?

I’m not gonna do this with you sworder.

It’s an impossible argument to win for either side, too many variables.
I am asking you a question. You stated something. Do you have a good estimate? I already gave one for the testosterone, do you disagree? All I was asking was for you to fill in the blanks.
I.e.
Person A: 10-20 lbs
Person B: X lbs per Y iU hGH/day

Is it really a fool's job to try to find somebody that will stand for something?
I have gone by the saying that there are only two things that I have in this world and those are my word and my balls. That's not just a f*cking saying bro!

Now I am wasting my time with the muscles to hide their low esteem in...

This sworder dude trips me out! He’s everywhere! Sworder is your profile pic the back cop that pops pills the hole time in the 1990s movie “ the professional “

Okay man, done responding to you. I forget that you're the biggest troll on this forum

Slow down Don, @Sworder is just helping you out with real talk, no sugar coating..I didn’t see anything disrespectful on his part.
He brought up some valid point for you to consider...but you don’t have to do it agree with anything he or anyone says..
We are all here to exchange our ideas and experiences. There are no experts here. None.

I don’t know Sworder that well, but he’s been here a heck of a long time...you just got here a few months ago..respect the Meso residents cause you’re still just an occupant.

Well T3 and T4 are drugs which I know a lot about so let me chime in here.

Any dosage of T3 will shut your thyroid down.

I'd just like to say that I highly recommend you stay away from both T3 and T4. They're far more dangerous than AAS and HGH. Destroying your thyroid function is VERY possible from a single T3 cycle and from someone who is hypothyroid I can tell you it is NOT fun.

I take T4 daily because my thyroid does not produce T4. Even on the medicated dosage my thyroid has gone well off several times and my TSH has rose to 100+ resulting in extreme confusion, disorientation and psychotic symptoms. Just ask yourself if risking all this is even worth it before you do.

About timing, its actually very important. Studies have shown that both T3 and T4 absorption is greatly reduced if you consume food within 30 minutes of taking the meds. Studies have also shown reduced absorption even if eating within 1 hour of the dose. Not as much as with 30 minutes but still significant.

Calcium rich foods and vitamins MUST be avoided for 3 hours at least after the dose. I thought all this was bullshit when I started and began having a cappuccino each morning about 40 minutes after my levo. Within 6 weeks I was super confused and my TSH was 100+

Some will agree, some will disagree, I don't care... Simply speaking from personal experience and research. Have a look at the studies on this and make your own mind up!

Read any studies or any threads where people said they killed their thyroid with t3? In my many searches, I read the opposite that the thyroid is resilient and bounches back after discontinuing t3. I'm not advocating it's safe, only repeating what I've mostly seen.

75mcg is high I’d say, especially to start
I agree
75 mcg is too high a dose, unless that's underdosed UG crap.

It is better to split the dosage during the day as much as possible.
At least 3x a day. If they're tabs you can cut them in half and dose 6x per day. It doesn't work well attempting to cut caps.

Yea i actually read a study that showed suppression from t3 on euthyroid patients only lasted on average about 12 days.

Also fwiw i got bloods taken on 50mcg t3 and my t3 was elevated but everything else was in the low normal range. Indicating my thyroid was suppressed, but not competent shutdown.

In that case it would be impossible to use on an empty stomach:) But the pharmaceutical package instructions say it can be taken with or without food
