Hello all,

Any of you have tried taking T3 only? any benefits or fucked up sides?
im 4 weeks out and I'm considering piking some up. not running any ASS

thanks a lot

I've run t3 quite a bit , and at a moderate dose ( say 50mcg) it will foresure HELP you burn more fat than otherwise , and with adaquete anabolics in the mix you dont have much risk of catabolism . now, ive also run it at 100-150 mcg a day and youll burn fat like a son of bitch but muscle is going with it to some extent no matter how much gear youre on . since your not running anabolics if it were me personal I wouldnt run it or run just enough to keep your metabolism from slowing down as you are pretty deep into your diet ( 4weeks out u said) ! 12-25 MCG should put your metabolism close to normal functioning range without "to much " risk of losing any muscle ! Good luck either way bro !

While I know fat can't be spot reduced...how did t3 work as far as reducing abdominal fat? I've got pretty lean this cycle besides my abdominal area (I know I need to increase cardio). Would t3 be a good addition to try to get rid of some more fat while on blast?

No its only gonna burn fat over all , your just gonna have to burn enough bf to expose your abs no matter what you take . plus it will only speed the process of fat loss a bit if your diet and cardio arent spot on youre basicslly not going to get the results your looking for ! At a moderate dose your body is only burning off a few hundred extra cals a day tops , so diet and cardio are still the key !

But as far as using it during blastvive done it and it seems to keep me over all a bit tighter , but nothing dramitic ! And I know there are some studies that say it helps with protein uptake ! So I throw it into a lot during my cycles at varying doses and seem to benefit from it but that'd just my personal experience !

I wouldn't run it alone i believe you need something to keep the muscle on I think I talk to @Docd187123 about this for my wife in the past I could be mistaken tho

At small replacement doses, think 25mcg or so give or take, like using to combat thyroid down regulation from dieting, it's not a big deal to use without AAS. Anything more than that, around 50mcg or more, and I would be using gear for sure.

I never got good results from t3 cause it increases your appetite and eats up hard earned gains.. Cycling clen or eca will give you better results.
Totally agree with the appetite , makes me hungry as hell and if you don't have much self control it can actually make your diet much much harder ... The muscle catabolism seems to be more person to person and dosage dependant ... But i tend to agree clen or eca is probably a better alternative for most people , especially if your goal is to get learner but not nessasarily single digit shredded .

Haven't tried clen but I didn't but care for the Eca stack and I got better appetite suppression from using a diet pill from a supplement company. I may need to give clen a run before trying the t3 then.

I had to stop taking T3 because I had some pretty bad side effects of 50 mcg daily.
At its worst I experienced hypoglycemic symptoms. Some really bad ones. Hands shaking, sweating, dizziness, feet numbness.

When the worst of it went away I would constantly experience a feeling of anxiety is the best way I would put it and it lasted all day.

I would like to be able to use T3 because for me it's really effective at losing fat but I would have to cycle it every week yo avoid the negative sides and I can't imagine that being good for the thyroid.

Have you ever ran it at say 25 mcg and had good results?

Many information sources suggest that at 25mcg an average person is only mimicking the level of hormone the thyroid would be producing on its own, so I didn't even try it at a long enough period to see if it was effective to be honest with you.

I'm naturally on the leaner side and I metabolize food and drugs at a fast rate. I can start sweating halfway through a meal of pasta on my own sometimes , so I think I'm going on just stick to my usual weight loss protocol of dieting, added low intensity cardio and some low dose clen cycled every couple of weeks.

The side effects at 50mcg aren't worth it for me and I couldn't see how anyone could function with what I felt at that dose.

25mcg is about the same as the average thyroid produces yes. When you cut though, thyroid and other hormones down regulate. Doing 25mcg would be enough to compensate for this down regulation and keep your body working like normal, at least for the thyroid. The other hormones need alternate methods. It should also reduce and maybe eliminate most of the nasty sides you got from higher doses

ok, thanks.

I'll try and stick with 25mcg while I'm doing this cut and see if that helps keep the sides down to a minimum.

When you say, other hormones need alternate methods, could you elaborate on what you are referring to?

Appreciate the information.

Hormones like leptin and ghrelin down-regulate during dieting and adding T3 doesn't do anything for that. A good refeed is all that's needed for this (it'll also work for your thyroid but you can use T3 for that). Eating at or above maintenance for a day and eating a lot of carbs specifically for that day can bring other hormones back.
