T3

I've weathered two cutting cycles with T3 so far. The first time I was too aggressive and lost a bit of muscle..not much , it set me back maybe 3-4 weeks. The second time I was more careful. It can be tricky because the more T3 you take, the more calories you can eat while still losing fat. 25-50mcg is plenty, better to use it sparingly IME

It works well but to me it should be used at low dose to be just a little hyperthyroidic, and with T4. Like 100/40 T4/t3. Here it shines. Too much and you will feel flat and anxious. Pharma and on empty stomach only. One time a day in the morning

i have used 100mgc day for many times of t3 swelling like a pig with good results but dont forget always with steroids to avoid lose muscles. also your hungry will be to the roof

25mcg of T3 is enough to put most on the higher range of thyroid hormone. I wouldnt consider using more, I have and it wasnt worth it.

Id also add 50mcg of t4 to that dose. I like the Bitiron tablets for this.

T3 has its place if your thyroid is impaired either genetically, by metabolic damage, or via a long cut. It should not be used as a primary fat burner but as a replacement to suppressed levels to put them back into a normal/normal high range.

A good combo is around 100mcg T4, 25mcg T3 (but it will all depend on how you respond and what your thyroid numbers look like pre use and while running it.

Some people can get away with just T4 or just T3, but others such as myself a combo of T4/T3 works best.

As far as DNP goes, it also has it place for some as another item in the toolbox when/if required.

How differently does t4 added on top work for you?

Whats the general opinion on t3 for a cut here?
Scrolled through some threads, but it seems people here really like dnp
Typically don’t try to go over 50mcg and your muscle mass will stay just fine as long as you’re on TRT+ there’s nothing to worry about when it comes to muscle mass retention, considering that you’re eating a good amount of protein as well.
I would not do over 50. Typically 50-75 is for shorter bursts and 25mcg-37.5 is for longer cycles 25mcg typically puts most at slightly over their normal range and 37.5mcg at higher and it’s a bit more of a conservative range than 50mcg+ especially if cutting for long.
25mcg though to just have slightly higher t3 isn’t really much worth it when you can do a bit more (37.5) and get the boost that you actually need to speed it up a little, it’s a better approach.

As for dnp, hold your horses. Cutting takes some time and you’re already going to take some fat burners with it. Don’t take something that makes you feel miserable just to save 2 extra weeks, especially now that’s is summer. You’ll be breathless af.
