Hey guys so googling some hgh / slin protocols online and the info is everywhere and mostly about humalog. So I made my own protocol with simplified ingredients.
Please let me know if my timing is off, if there are too many carbs, etc etc thank you!
Tafinis Humulin-R / Hgh Protocol
(shake ingredients at bottom)
2pm - SHAKE 1
2iu HGH subq
8iu Humulin R
drink shake 1 while on your way to the gym. begin training and slowly finish the shake about halfway through your workout. also have a gatorade on standby and sip that in between sets after your shake.
3pm- SHAKE 2
Finish training and sip shake 2 while driving home and continue slowly sipping it until 4pm.
(2 hours after injection)
4pm- MEAL 1
1 instant white rice pack, with 2 tenderloin grilled chicken. sip on another gatorade gradually every 15 mins or so after eating meal.
5pm - SHAKE 3 (if possible, may be too full)
6pm

0.5cup quick oats (25g carbs)
2 cup mixed frozen fruit (45g carbs)
1 tbsp agave syrup
2scoops protein isolate.
