I know some of you said you will take time off when your body's tells you. But how many would take time off during a cycle if your body is tell you too. Or would you just push thru until your cycle is over and then rest.

Take a week. Eat like a king, sleep as much as you can, even if it's an extra nap here or there. Baby yourself. You will come back feeling great. Sometimes a deload or a brief period off can help break through a sticking point for both strength and muscle growth.That's where I'm at now, my body is telling me enough, I need a break. I'm 4 weeks into one but I haven't taken any time off in over a year. I work 60hrs a week, 12hrs a day. Hot ass factory, 2 hrs round trip to work. Plus my wife is having surgery today, actually at the hospital now, so I figured why not take a break.
