Taking a week off...

Would it be the best to take a week off right after a cycle? I personally probably only missed 5 days total at most in the last 6 months from gym(I have no rest days). Is it time to rest?
 
Will do you no harm. Motivation will be at an all time high. The only thing you will lose with a week off post cycle is water. You will look and feel great after a rest.
 
I prefer a deload week. Go in and use like 50% weight to keep the movements fresh. Plus I just like to lift and don't want to do nothing for a week.
 
I'll take breaks from time to time and when I come back l feel great. If you miss say 3 weeks that's different, but a week is no big deal. Go for it!
