If you get a model with the athlete setting (costs more) and use it first thing in the morning upon waking, its not great but close. I take it for 7 days straight and average the 7 readings. The only problem you will find consistant with these scale is they are compensating for an average amount of water retention. Whether using gear or just creatine, this will have an effect on the accuracy of a bio-impedence unit due to excess water retention. Its your call, just don't blow a bunch of money. Pup

Total waste of money. I'm surprised they still can make them. The scale at Golds said I lost 7 lbs of muscle and gained 2 lbs of fat in a week. All while on 1 gram of test e and 400 of eq. Measured the same time of day and on exact same diet. Total waste of money.

i'm like 12-14% bodyfat and my fucking scale says i'm 31%. its total bullshit.

those fuckers to the exact same thing to me. i'm not much more than 14% and it tells my i'm 40 fucking % on the athlete setting? i was gonna throw the fucker through the damn window at the gym.

the funny thing is all the cardio bunnies came over and tried it and it gave them close readings then tells me i'm severely obese, wtf?

For bodyfat percentage is crap, I have their top of the line and it's usually 8% to 20% off. The scale for weight though is extremely accurate. I woldn't waste your money.

Like I said. if on gear, your pecentages are going to be way off due to water retention that the unit is not able to calculate for. Pup
