does anybody use it and also is it reasonable accurate? im adjusting my diet and want to check my BF%...also if it blows any recommendations?

I take it for 7 days straight and average the 7 readings. The only problem you will find consistant with these scale is they are compensating for an average amount of water retention. Whether using gear or just creatine, this will have an effect on the accuracy of a bio-impedence unit due to excess water retention. Its your call, just don't blow a bunch of money. Pup
