Tanning help from the inside out

I need some advice on tanning. I very fair skin and I always love it when I tan and get a redish tan. I go to a salon a few times a week and have used many different expensive lotions. I love the ones with tinglers that bring the blood flow to the surface and give that red look. I get a tan right after but then soon fades. And sometimes when I sweat alot during or after tanning I think that makes it fade away quick. Is there anything (vits, supps, or anything) that would help. Ive looked into some pills that supposidly work from the inside out. I think I might give them a try. Ive even been told to take alot of vit E and done that before. Any regiments or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

very fair skin? I'd stick with the spray on tan, you'll pay about $20 for a single session (depending on you r geo location), but it will last about 3 weeks and you'll be golden brown. Tanning accelerators are lotions or pills that contain the amino acid tyrosine. Makers of these products believe that the tyrosine stimulates and increases melanin formation, thereby accelerating the natural tanning process.

Tanning pills typically contain the pigment canthaxanthin. Although the FDA has approved the use of canthaxanthin as a color additive in food, it has not approved its use as a tanning agent. Much larger quantities of canthaxanthin than the amount used as a food coloring must be ingested to change skin color. After canthaxanthin is consumed, it is deposited throughout the body, including in the skin, which turns an orange-brown color, and also the internal organs (liver, brain, etc.). Canthaxanthin-based tanning pills have been linked to dangerous side effects, including hepatitis (inflammation of the liver) and canthaxanthin retinopathy (formation of yellow deposits in the retina of the eye).

hope this helps.... :)

If you generally have a pale complexion and you go red at the solarium and then fade, just face the facts buddy, god made you white. Don't put your skin through that shit.

Like the above poster stated, just use a fake tan. Every second guy/girl I see nowadays is lathered in the shit, don't be self conscious about streaks. At the end of the day, you're going to be the one who lives through life without skin cancer, not them.

As for Vitamin E cream, it's just helps the skin from not drying out so it doesn't peel. The more moisture you have in your skin, the longer your tan will last.

I'm sure that there are Tanning injections currently available in the U.S, they're here in AUS and cost about $300 per session. I think It just raises the amount of melanin in the skin.

All the best.

Thanks

Yeah, thanks alot bros. Im gonna definetly hafta try that spray stuff soon. Im looking forward to it. I knew one of my friends had that done a few weeks ago and she said she got streaks. But, I guess besides that, she liked it. Is that really possible for it to last 3 weeks? I dont see how it could do that with showering, sweat and the environment. Ive tried some cheap fake tan creams before with no luck. They looked fake with orange streaks. Maybe if I invested in some more expensive brands. Any luck with those products from anybody? I might have to buy me some tyrosine too. Ive always had trouble tanning and maintaining a tan but I enjoy the look of it. I think I'll stay away from canthaxanthin for a little bit. Hey about those tanning injections GDSGFT, are they made public to the community in Aus? I read an article not too long ago about them maybe going to the U.S. sometime but not for awhile. What are they sold as there and do they have good success? And where do you go to get them? How long do they supposidly last for? Ive knew about pills that supposidly you can get to increase your melanin. But I dont really want to mess with those right now.

Alright, thanks

Good sites, thanks alot. I hope they get the injectable tanning going soon in the US. It sounds like it could be the best thing yet. I'll take your advice. Looking forward to summer too. Thanks
