yes i do smoke bud
about a year and a half ago i was a chronic smoker multiple times a day, but i quit for about 4 months and now i just smoke at most once a day before bed, not even every day though. Recently smoking bud has really been helping me put down extra food haha,

i feel it man its tough. I was everday multiple times a day dabbing plus other rec drugs for probably 3-4 years. When i was smoking that often it definitely fucked with my appetite, couldnt eat anything at all in the morning and had nausea, now i dont have that problem anymore.

Alright so tracked me cal intake yesterday, ended around ~4400 cal. 2 of my meals were out at restaurants so I M estimating those cals, keeping it on the low side of the estimate. Weight was 177 in the AM yesterday and 182.4 before bed. My Fitbit says I burned slightly under 2k calories yesterday. I question the calorie burn accuracy.
 
Today's morning weight 179.6. So my body held a good amount of the weight gained yesterday, let's see if we can't do the same thing today. Seems like it takes a couple days of a surplus for my body to get into a holding pattern. Took a full rest day yesterday, tried to burn as little calories as possible lol, gonna get back to it today and kill arms with my buddy. I have been avoiding anything involving low back or that puts the low back at a disadvantage such as rows or deads and it has been feeling a lot better. Have been rolling it out and stretching it 4x a week at least and using a lax ball to loosen it up, it's feelin so much better. Probably gonna wait another week before I try hittin low back stuff again just to let it be 100%

Gaining weight is tuffer than expected.
I also think it gets harder and harder the closer you get to your genetic potential. When I was born the doctor said my body was only 60-70% developed as it should be at birth which also probably plays a role in why I've always been small, but I think now at 5'9 1/2 my genetic potential to be sub 10% bf is probably close to 185-190lbs. Anything over that I don't think my body will maintain naturally if I want to remain very lean as well. My serratus look cookin crazy tho lol my cuts are crazy on my front side, back isn't as defined but still good cuts, just no striations
 
Haven't posted an update for a few days.
So this past week I upped NPP to 1.3ml MWF, no change in side effects, going to 1.4ml next week. I have stopped paying so much attention to my weight and started just going by the mirror. I've been eating like a fucking animal recently too, consuming way more carbs and fats and still high protein. I'm still getting stronger pretty much every time I workout, bloodwork will be comin soon just need to make sure I get the one that will give an accurate reading when running 19nors. Over the time remaining on cycle I hope to add about a lb of muscle per week.
 
Please let me know which blood test your gonna take as I will be doing the same in couple weeks.

Morning weight today was a solid 179, which is a nice 2lb increase in weight from last Wednesday. I have seriously been eating like crazy. 4K+ cal a day, at least. Yesterday I actually probably ate a bit under, closer to 3-3500 probably, so this weight is holding no food, minimal water weight, empty stomach etc so I'm just going to keep eating like I have been. Also change my 50g whey + milk shake, I added 2 tablespoon of peanut butter and a banana, this comes out to be ~500 cal maybe a bit more, and I just take this down right after breakfast and then after I finish the shake normally workout about an hour later.
 
Had a great chest workout yesterday, I think chest is my weakest area so I am really happy when I see progress there, and I have seen a lot of strength and size coming from these past 6 weeks in that area alone. Since I eventually want to compete in classic physique, I also want to bring my legs up a bit, even though they are already pretty big.

While I was workin out yesterday I was wearing a Golden Aesthetics stringer not sure if anyone is familiar with that crew with Artemus Dolgin and them, but a guy I've seen around a lot stopped me in the middle of my workout and said he noticed my stringer, said he likes the crew and he's planning on competing classic physique currently 10 weeks out, he does have a Pro card through a recognized organization. Was tellin me he has a private gym downtown in my area that he holds posing practice at few times a week and he invited me to stop by, so I'm definitely going to take advantage of that opportunity.

Either gonna be arms or legs today, think I want to start hitting my legs with a bit more frequency and volume for growth, so think im gonna start hittin em 2x a week
 
Woke up today at 180.6, weight starting To go up. Took a full rest day yesterday, it felt good. I know I need to take a deload here soon, I think I'm working out too often/too long to the point where even at 4K cal+ a day, im hardly over maintenance so I don't gain. Decided I'm gonna add a rest day or two per week where I focus just on abs/calves and lower back strengthening exercises as well as shoulder mobility, and a lot of stretching. I Think this will help my weight to start go up and help with injury prevention. I can feel a small cold coming on I got from my girl, had a tiny sore throat the past few days but I been drinking hella water and taking medicine, hopefully fight it off before it gets bad.

Definitely a deload every 3 or 4 months is well worth it.
 
Fuck just as my weight was going up I knew I was getting sick. Had a little cold from my girl the past few days... So decided to take a deload while the cold is here. It's almost gone, should be back killin it tomorrow or Friday. Weight was back 179 this morning. The sickness has killed my appetite so I'm trying to force feed for calories, but hardly hitting 3-3500 a day. Good thing is since I'm not working out I'm not burning as much so probably still maintenance cals. I did some small stuff in the gym though, I still am working my abs for 20 min or so every other day, as well as weak spots like my right tricep (a bit smaller than my left) and my calves. Fuck it's killin me I want to lift so bad, can't wait to kill it on Friday.

I have been feeling kind of tired or less energy lately, hoping it's just the cold.
 
Alright it's Friday, that's like 4 days I've taken off from all major muscle groups (chest back legs) so I'm thinkin I'm ready to kill it again. Not feeling sick anymore energy starting to get better too. Weight was 180lbs this morning. Thinking about lowering my AI dosage , might be causing that lack of energy, thinkin about using just the aromasin. Gonna get like 1000-1500 cals in me, go smash a leg workout and then eat all day. I put down 45-5000 cals yesterday easy, just gotta keep eating like that consistently.
