Figured I'd make this thread if anyone was interested.

I'll be dosing the TB at 5mg per week for the first 4 weeks then 2.5 p/w for 8.

BPC will be dosed at 250mcg 2xs a day for 4 weeks

Test Cyp 200mg p/w
Deca 150mg p/w

Thanks for all who helped out. And open to any suggestions.

BPC is systemic so localized injections aren't necessary. I believe I have seen some wound healing studies that show local injections.

It has been used orally as well with good results.

Yeah I read that as well.

I'm in my second week and I feel as though it's helping a little or kicking in at least. I have almost full range of motion (stretching) without discomfort. Almost. But getting better.

Like you said. It's not necessary and has shown to be true in a study. But from user experience in discussions I found that people tend to think it works better. So figured why not. Been pinning my pec subq no problem.

I think you are doing it just fine my man.

Very nice article, I have access to good TB-500, but never used it, according to this says to do sub injections, anywhere in the body so I guess u can inject like hgh, or need to be inj in the injury spot, I had heard different opinion so I’d like to know

I tried them both together way back and didn't get much out of them, but I got them from maxim and think it was bunk

I'm taking Tb500 now for a shoulder injury (waiting for MRI so not sure if it's a tear) and have some 157 too. I've only been taking the TB500 2 x week at 2.5ea for 3 weeks now. I have taken the 157 a few times locally, a challenge I've had with it is I've been traveling a good bit commercially these last few weeks, and didn't want to travel with it and the syringes so I haven't been able to get it on a good schedule.

I've read a lot of great testimonials on the stuff and hope like hell it works, look forward to reading how yours goes for you.

It's been great. I have full range of motion. Did shoulders last week as well as triceps and biceps. No military presses or anything like that but it felt good. Gonna do some back tomorrow and try some EXTREMELY light chest resistance work. Saw the orthopedic recently and he gave me the go ahead to try some movements.

The compounds have been working great. Ideally the BPC would be best split in AM and PM doses but would be fine once a day. But at least try to get it in ED. Gotta be hard with travel for sure though.

Check out this thread too: Surgery

@mands recently went for surgery and has been making progress. Just listen to your doctor too.

Hopefully no surgery is needed!

That's awesome man! Glad to hear it's working out well for you.
I completely agree on the surgery thing....last resort and one that I'm hoping I can avoid for sure.
