I started a cycle of both of these today. I hope to get good results (with pain)!

TB500 = 2.5 mg twice per week.
BPC-157 = 250 mcg x 2 a day totaling 500 mcg.

I have been reading a ton of material, studies, and ug research about both of these n compounds lately. If it's for specific pain. The injections should be very close to the problem area to have to most effect.

I am doing that with the BPC-157. Not with the TB500.
Would love to hear your results. What areas are you treating?
Left shoulder.

I've used tb500 for tendonitis. I noticed improvement. But it mostly felt like a strong anti inflammatory. I don't think it fixes the problem permanently. Helps though. Is it worth the money..probly not imo

Pinned the TB500 for the second time today. I decided to pin it near the problem area (left shoulder).

bpc-157 blew me up like a whale...never heard anyone else talk about the inflammation like i had with it. it was horrible and painful...it dissipates and seems to be a part of the healing process. but dont expect to be well overnight ;) It actually made me feel worse before i felt better. for pain and inflammation tb-500 is the way to go

Interesting you pointed this out, I was feeling like the shoulder was doing better for the first six days (placebo effects?), but on the seventh day the shoulder was killing me worse than normal, which I assumed was from sleeping on it wrong.

Any changes??

I'm on both as well...just started BPC (800mcg ED) Monday and this is the 4th week of TB (4mg EW).

I am in the middle of week # 2 and I feel like the shoulder has gotten/getting better. I wish I could find a $100 PRP clinic. lol
