How did your supplementation go?
Thanks for sharing. What was your actual condition regarding the shoulders? I had issues last year that were subcscapularis and pec major. The MRI showed subluxation. I ended up going to a chiropractor and using both BPC 157 and tb500. After 2 weeks I could dumbbell bench rep 100 lb dbells. Prior to supplementation I couldn't rep 50s. I ended up taking the longest break of the last 10 years starting last September due to a move and wanting to heal up. I started again this January but ran into trouble when doing heavy front raises, then dumbbell presses for reps with 120s. Now I feel it's a strained supraspinatus due to pain I have currently.It went well. Shoulders feel great. Neither helped with elbow pain, but that's ok I can live with the elbow problems. I continued to workout and was on cycle the whole 8 weeks of TB and 6 weeks of BPC. I do think it would've been better to run em while taking some time away from training.
Also I did feel bloated while running BPC. I was on tren, test, eq, and winny...E2 is/was in check. I mean I would eat my normal pre-work meal about 90mins before and when I got to the gym I could barely move. Lol
One more thing is, I was and still am doing a lot of shoulder stretching with bands.

Thank you bro. I am running Tren right now and making insane gains. The only other time I ran ace it was in a blend. I'm feeling slightly better today and just started my research today actually. I had a full cycle of tb500 and BPC left over from last year. I was concerned with the cancer suggestions surrounding the TB500 but the data just showed high levels of TB4 around cancer but it turned out that those tb4 cells actually fight cancer; hence the heavy presence. Last week I went super light but very high volume and an exaggerated negative and the pumps I got were unreal. I may just ride the time under tension Tren train for a few weeks and reconvene the heavier lifting In a few weeks.That was great progress after a couple weeks. Sucks you aggravated it again.
As far as actual condition with my shoulder I have no idea, maybe what they would call a "frozen shoulder" and/or an impingement? I had a shoulder scope in 2004 or 2005. I didn't do PT like I should have...just ate tons of pain pills and stopped working out. As a result of my stupidity, my ROM in my shoulder is horrible, but is improving. I'm pretty happy with my progress right now, just wish I was 10yrs younger. Lol
Also I've really worked hard staying "tight" while doing incline bb and flat bench, which has helped.

By "keeping tight during incline......" What exactly do you mean? You mean keeping the elbows in and muscles activated? Thanks again and thanks for the responses Seven.
I'm on my 3rd week of 50mg ED with 100mg of Test E and 400mg of EQ.Tren is the a wonderful drug. How much are you running ED or EOD? What else with it?
Yes Sir that's exactly what I mean. I gotta remind myself to keep my shoulder blades pinched together, elbows in close, everything tight and uncomfortable. Lol I've been using a closer grip on bb incline, which seems to help me also.
