tb500 / generic growth log

Mainly injuries from snowmobiling and riding motocross . It's really not to bad .. Knee is fcked .. But aslong as I don't squat deep I'm ok . Elbows are fcked from liftin yes . Shoulder and back from riding hard - but they've been fixed . Basically I'll have arthritis in most joints I'm sure by 40 but you gotta role w the punches . Only thing holding me back right now is my elbows . Pec tear about healed .

Strong safety - your 100 bro - I just need to do what I can . I can build my legs with calf presses , seated presses , extensions .. It'll take longer but in the log run it'll build em all the same . We all have limitations I just need to come to acceptance this week on yet another slightly disabling one the I have . Elbows just need a wee bit more rest . And I need another elbow wrap for my right arm now .
Man this growth is making me sleep like never before ..
I noticed some wrist pain too last night . Must be doing it's thing

Not to Rain on your Parade, but Yes, you can Definitely Count on the Arthritis.
It Hit me Hard at 53, and this Osteo Arthritis can make for some Tough Mornings.
As long as you try to stay as active as you can, it Helps.

I've done Two Different Cycles with the TB-500 for Degenerative Hips, it Helped Dramatically.
So I hope that it Works out for you.................. JP
P.S.
At this time I'm also having a Bit of Difficulty with one Elbow.
That's the other thing with Osteo Arthritis.
As soon as 1 Body Part feels Better, another one Gets Jealous, and starts to Hurt.

No worries Jp.. im prepared. i lived rough.. now i got to be extra careful. Im becoming more intune with my body than i ever have been. I probably be on some sort of NSAID for life, lyricia or Ibprophen , without it i get low back nerve inflammation from my back fusion.. and it bugs the FUCK out of me.
Ive been in so many scraps, wrecks, and all out stupid events. Hell I vididly remember throwing a double rodeo flip off our local bridge / river jump .. underrotating out to my dome and knocking myself out cold in the water... My homies swept me right out of the river, I came too.. they handed my a PBR tall boy.. and i shotgunned it..walked to a car in the parking lot, and took a look in the mirror. low and behold I had 2 black eyes from ear to ear. I still have permenant whip lash 12 years latter, and a low back fusion. lol . that was just one of a million stupid things ive done. I dont regret shit , except 1 child support payment..

Believe me when I say I understand Completely. When I was Young, I thought my Middle Name was Andretti. I got into quite a Few Very Bad car Wrecks, I use to Road Race, with a Navigator.
After 1 Crash, I needed a Laminectomy L-4/L-5, that was in 1977. I was even on the VA Pain Clinic for a While, that was a Real Cluster Fuck. So now I'm 10 years off the Pain Killers. But some days are Definitely a Bitch. The Arthritis is like adding Insult to Injury, but you do the best that you can. All in all, I wouldn't change a thing, it's been an Interesting life so far, and the last 10 years have been a Vast Improvement over the Previous 10.
So just keep on keeping on, as long as you have that "Attitude", you'll be fine.
Here's Wishing you start to feel much Better..................... JP

Tile ... How long ago did you injure your pec (pec tear)? I'm trying to gauge the light at the end of the tunnel for my own. I got my partial pec tear in Mar .... Shit is still sore as hell and still limiting me like a mutha!

I'm gonna start my TB500 on Monday...

About a month ago .. I think as the doc said I just toar a few fibers .. It could have Been worse . I normally flat bench or incline DBs but switched to the smith machine with a incline under it and just really lifted heavy and very isolated to chest one day .. Was very soar and next day worked my back hard and while doing some lat pullovers as a finisher felt a small tear . I continued to work out that week and instantly my body let me know I was soar as hell in my inner pec and armpit . Couldn't even do a push-up .managed a few sets of push-ups today . Only mild discomfort . It's healing

How old are you tile? I thought I was fucked up, but you got me bro...damn...there is always someone that has it way worse than you...

I mean my debilitation inner elbow injury (in my mind) was gonna stop me fron working out forever (seriously), and I stuck to my tb500 regimen, and I stopped using it, and holy shit...it feel normal but I am still scared to lift...

My injury was similar ... I was using the smith machine flat bench (on cycle) and thought I was young again. Must've been the mast/test/ dbol combo.. Went up to 315 and continued to 350-360lbs ish ... That's when I felt a pinch in my right felt/pec and called it quits.
I took a week off of chest because it didn't feel quite right.

Following week I went back to chest (flat bench smith machine) and said I'll go light and rep out 225. On, I think it was my 5th set I was coming down slow on a negative and heard something feel like a towel being torn... The sound got me before the pain hit ... Not even a second later I felt hella pain and barely managed the strength to hook the barbell ...

The next morning I couldn't move my arm ... Looked in the mirror and saw the bruising under my armpit ... Got appt for sports med ortho doc the next day ... He diagnosed me with a partial pec tear. I couldn't move my arm for weeks ... After PT for a 4-5 weeks I went back for my follow up and doc talked about possible surgery if it didn't improve. He said it would be the only way I could get back to 90% range.

I wasn't trying to hear that shit ... Fasts forward to present ... I'm in a last ditch effort to get it back to where I can lift 205 for reps! I figure I'll try tb500 first ... Of unsuccessful in 4-6 wks I may have to add some GH.

At this point, I am a semi believer in tb500. I have DEFINATELY improved since I began using it, and I am in the fourth week of 4mg a week.

However, I can't say that maybe I would have felt the same without it.

Two weeks ago, I still had minor pain if I used the arm with tendinitis, and since then, I have ceased any use of the arm. There has been no lifting whatsoever with my upper body.

I realized this when I was just getting a small pump for a photoshoot, and all I did was pushups, some trap reps, and some triceps. The next day, my arm was sore. Since I have ceased all liftlifts except legs, my arm feels good. I can actually flex my bicep. Not sure if I can contribute to the 4th week of tb500 or just taking it easy (babying the fuck out of it, super cissus, naproxen, fish oil) for 4 weeks along with tb500. Hard to tell

In 2 months, I have lost weight, am fatter, and I have shrunk because of my injury. Will being cautious be worth it...time will tell.

My look nothing like my avatar :(

about 33 soon...

yeah the smith machine allowed me to do crazy pauses, negs, and really isolate and that caught my ass. its not much for me to throw 315 x3 free weight flat bench cause my body has been doing the flat bench for years.. and i think the smith machine can give you a better work out to isolate in a way , and thats what i suspect doing it, and some light db lat pullovers once i was primed up soar ready for a injury. i felt a tear too.. and i had a miner bruise in the pit, inner chest area as well. i think i got lucky. mine hurt for 2 weeks straight, and now seems to be better with each passing day. dont think i could rep 135 right now though.

Nitrust i cant see you getting fat.. if you put on some extra muffin around dem abs.. the Test will cook that shit off like extra grease in a hot pan..

Yeah bro, just getting soft around the edges. Happens easily but also can be controlled. I used to be a fatt ass overweight kid.

When I start my cycle, and I don't drop bf before, you will see a significant different in my physique when I am not on my diet 100%, and I am not lifting on a consistent basis.

My physique is earned believe it not. You may gain some satisfaction in the way I look right now. Its pathetic

But I hope to tighten up a bit and kind lean out before I cycle, and I am eating 5k calories a day

trust me Nitrust i wouldnt wish you to have fat rolls and be unconditioned.. thats pretty funny you think that would bring me pleasure .. maybe if you butter your biscuits ohhhhh

I can also vouch that the TB500 does have something to it - my shoulder only hurts now when I put it through the ringer during chest day/shoulder day. After that, it heals up fast and it's only tight - not painful to move. I'm on the same dose - 4mgs per week for 3 weeks now. I need to order some more to run the total cycle.

Smalls... Where did you get your TB500? So, far it sounds like everyone posting here TB500 is legit or aiding in the healing process. That's good shit right therrrrre.

Also, where are you injecting? Sounds like Tile's pinning delt and Nit's pinning abd's (if I'm not mistaken).
