Temperature dissipating drug

Hi i think its somewhat funny to ask a thing like that but idk
Im a cyclist, somewhat powerful, and idk if u know but there is a big lost in energy during the pedal stroke most of each is heat, i particularly have problems at big heat bc hr goes pretty up (luckily i dont loose too much power byt there is a pretty big difference) i know about heat training and adaptation to heat but i feel like my true limit is heat management
I sweat a lot, drink enough ecc
Ofc the indication to loose fat isnt gonna work w me because im already lean
There is something pharmaceutical to help dissipate the heat of the body?

Also interested..my performance drops significantly when I run hot..

I've heard someone here mention glycine
Interesting! Maybe its just marginal but it could be a good ad on to do some marginal gain!
Yeah its crazy!! I feel like my performance is castrated by heat!!

Have you actually tried the heat training protocols indoors? It's a different kind of suffering...

Glycine has helped massively for regulating my body temp at night, as I used to wake up hot every night between 1 and 2, then started taking 3g of glycine and it stopped happening. Seemed so simple. An amino acid at that!

Yeah of corse i did 1:00/1:30 on rollers with 3 sweaters and rain jacket on

How many sessions and weeks?
Daily, but i did it this summer so like when i had long ride under the heat i didnt done heat training lol adding heat with 30h of training and also days of intervals is hard asf first mentally, i know an high level pro that said he would never do heat lol

Regarding pharma options for heat management...this is just a theory but if anticholinergic drugs increase body temp and limit the body's ability to manage heat then cholinergic drugs could potentially help reduce body temp? They would act on your parasympathetic nervous system. I have no clue how those would affect performance though. Worth a look maybe?!

Idk tomorrow i study that better !!!

Also i was listening about olav alexander bu "war" beetween high vo2max and efficiency, higher vo2max lower efficiency so heat management could be worse ecc
Mine is 82 study efficiency its really hard btw in his case he use vo2master

Yeah, there's no way I could have managed heat training on top of those hours. I only train at most 15 hours a week. So doing a 4-6 week protocol wasn't too difficult to manage other than mentally because it's just so hard in a different way. Maybe it made me mentally stronger though.

Fitst training indoor sucks, second using old school rollers sucks and give u head ache third heat training its a pain in the ass

Another basic amino acid for you. Cheap and low risk. Worth a shot?!

150mg/kg
Cheap but that seems like a very high dose..
It increases dopamine, not sure how good a huge spike will be.
I think most people take <1g a day.

Yeah, I take 500-1000mg/day. But I'm curious what would happen if I bumped it up to 6g/day for a while. I'd need to buy powder though because I'm not taking 12 massive tyrosine pills...on top of everything else!

The powder is cheap, 1kg/$40.
But that dopamine spike lol..
