Tendinitis

Doc gave me some prescription meds and told me to take awhile off and it all seems to be working great! My shoulder feels 100% and ready for lifting again!

What the fuck are you on about @tenpoundsleft this is the original comment in a thread titled TENDINITIS

Was spot-on.

You're the one who's projecting your own situation into this, talking about Tendinosis. So until @Bigred08 comes back into this thread and says he's been suffering with it for months, you can do one. If that happens, fine that's new information. Otherwise you're talking out of your arse.

I think you're the one with something that chafes your ass.

No idea why you're getting you're boxers in such a twist - are you Canadian?

You should try to understand how misdiagnosed this issue is.

Also, suggesting "rest" isn't helpful.

I've had bad issues with tennis elbow / ligaments in my forearms for over 15 years. It kept getting worse and worse over the years to the point where I really couldnt do much in the gym without it flaring up super easy.

I took a lot of supplements and nothing worked until my coworker recommended Cissus Quadrangularis. Cissus is good for healing and repairing tendons, ligamnets, and a bunch of other stuff. It's also an anti inflammatory. I take 1000mg per day and started noticing an improvement after one week. I say I was 80% better from Cissus.

I bought mine on eBay by the brand VitaMunk. Its super cheap and definitely worth a shot. Im sure other brands will work as well.

I started taking 1-2iu/day of HGH about 3-4 weeks after starting Cissus and now my tennis elbow is about 95% better. I still have to warm up really good before a workout and watch certain lifts known for flaring it back up (pull ups, bench press, etc.) but I feel so much better now.

Give it a shot and good luck!
