ShoulderElbow tendonitis?
Rest ice heat and stretch the bicep. I'm no doctor. But I've had some shoulder pain and it was bicep tendonitis. The bicep ties into the shoulder.Shoulder
I had it and it felt painful just under the front delt sometimes worse than the tendinitis at the elbow end.Rest ice heat and stretch the bicep. I'm no doctor. But I've had some shoulder pain and it was bicep tendonitis. The bicep ties into the shoulder.
That most likely is your bicep. My physical therapist worked on that area and right and got right under my armpit into my pec minor to break up some adhesions. I'll be using my Boomstick to add that to my mobility/Recovery routine.I had it and it felt painful just under the front delt sometimes worse than the tendinitis at the elbow end.

I want to read that but I am new and don't know how to search like that.
Been having elbow issues for years...braces, shots, heat, cold...nothing works.
Rest is the only reliable option.
It won't just get better if you keep working through, it'll get worse.
Rest.
Thanks man. I tried the search but didn't find these.Read this for info:
Tendinosis vs. Tendonitis - make sure you don't mix the two up
Read all of this (except Dr Jim's prattling) :
AAS, good or bad for tendon repair?
PRP fixed me, I was at the end of the road, looking at surgery.
I tried resting, didn't work. PRP did.

Then it had already gone past Tendinitis stage.
Ok, I'm sold. Worst case it doesn't work. HGH I can get...quality unknown...but PRP? Never heard of it until today. Is this US doctor approved? Can I just go to my ortho surgeon and request it? Or is it like AAS and I have to find my own way?
That's my point, anyone who's been fiddling around for a year or more with this pain has tendinosis, and that's where PRP shines.
The thread is called Tendinitis.
You disagreeing with my initial point WITHOUT QUALIFYING WHY then reagreeing with me only confuses people since we seem to be saying the same thing.
Waste of time as well. You've made your point and the differences between Tendinitis and Tendinosis are well known.
Only on the fucking Internet... I swear can I find someone who is saying the same thing as me but still finds a way to disagree. When people sit down to their keyboard they flip the retard switch.
