Tendinitis

Rest ice heat and stretch the bicep. I'm no doctor. But I've had some shoulder pain and it was bicep tendonitis. The bicep ties into the shoulder.
I had it and it felt painful just under the front delt sometimes worse than the tendinitis at the elbow end.

That most likely is your bicep. My physical therapist worked on that area and right and got right under my armpit into my pec minor to break up some adhesions. I'll be using my Boomstick to add that to my mobility/Recovery routine.

anyone else have this issue? If so do you know of any supplements to help with it? Thanks for the help

Check my posts on this topic - search for me as author and PRP or tendinitis or tendinosis.

PRP is THE thing to do. I couldn't use it my arms to pull anything 18 months ago, now I'm healed. Sweet baby Jesus!

I want to read that but I am new and don't know how to search like that.

Been having elbow issues for years...braces, shots, heat, cold...nothing works.

Read this for info:
Tendinosis vs. Tendonitis - make sure you don't mix the two up

Read all of this (except Dr Jim's prattling) :
AAS, good or bad for tendon repair?

PRP fixed me, I was at the end of the road, looking at surgery.

Ok, I'm sold. Worst case it doesn't work. HGH I can get...quality unknown...but PRP? Never heard of it until today. Is this US doctor approved? Can I just go to my ortho surgeon and request it? Or is it like AAS and I have to find my own way?

It's elective in the US, AFAIK.

Prices are so high in the US that it's justifiable to do a medical tourism trip to Thailand and get it done.

That's my point, anyone who's been fiddling around for a year or more with this pain has tendinosis, and that's where PRP shines.

The thread is called Tendinitis.

You disagreeing with my initial point WITHOUT QUALIFYING WHY then reagreeing with me only confuses people since we seem to be saying the same thing.

Waste of time as well. You've made your point and the differences between Tendinitis and Tendinosis are well known.

Only on the fucking Internet... I swear can I find someone who is saying the same thing as me but still finds a way to disagree. When people sit down to their keyboard they flip the retard switch.

Instead of blowing a fuse, you should learn to, or take the time to, type clearer.

Read your own comment earlier - how would anyone other than a mind reader interpret that?

Since tendinosis is commonly misdiagnosed as tendonitis, rather important to maintain the distinction, OP was clearly unaware of the difference.

What the fuck are you on about @tenpoundsleft this is the original comment in a thread titled TENDINITIS

My reply

Rest is the only reliable option.

It won't just get better if you keep working through, it'll get worse.

Rest.

Was spot-on.

You're the one who's projecting your own situation into this, talking about Tendinosis. So until @Bigred08 comes back into this thread and says he's been suffering with it for months, you can do one. If that happens, fine that's new information. Otherwise you're talking out of your arse.
