TenGram's How To #1: Get shreddy in a secky.
Ok so I was trying to think of something clever for the title, this was the best I could think of. Not my best but hey nobody's on top of their shit every single day, not even your friend TenGrams.
Matt Porter has a video called huge in a hurry, so that's where the name came from, get it? Huge in a hurry, shreddy in a secy. I will write up a tengrams how to for huge in a hurry soon, but since my best advice and experience has been getting shredded BEFORE you bulk or grow or whatever you like to call it. This order makes since.
This plan is very easy to follow, simple and easily individualized.
I call it a progressive carb cycle, I typically run something like this for 4-8 weeks when I get a bit too fluffy and it gives me a break from high doses of gear. You can obviously run this as short or as long as you want and this is only an outline, you may need more or less or this exact plan could work great for you with no need to change anything.
-You have 5 meals each day, 100c(50 meal 1, 50 post workout) 300p 24f
-You follow these numbers for 3 days, on the 4th day you have 300c 100p 24f
Your day might look like this.
7am - 50c 60p 12f
: grits, egg whites, cheese or grass fed butter
10am - 0c 60p 0f
: 2 cups egg whites or 60gp whey(good brand don't go cheap if your going to use whey)
1pm - 0c 60p 0f
: 12oz fish or chicken
4pm - 50c 60p 0f
: 2 cups egg whites or 60gp whey
1 cup rice
7pm - 0c 60p 12f
: 12oz chicken or fish 12gf nuts or a nut butter
Adjust your carbs to have post workout, say if you need to train in the morning have meal one with 50 then 50 after. Cardio is done fasted if possible, or at night 45 min after your last meal. Sometimes I just train fasted in the morning which is enough to not do any cardio, and tren helps. If you do this have all carbs meal 1. If your not on tren I don't recommend training fasted.
You follow this cycle for 10-14 days then adjust to: 5 days of 50c (25 meal 1, 25 post) 300p 24f
And the 6th day flip your carbs and protein once again. This section should be followed for 14-20 days.
Next you have 5 days 20c (meal 1 only) 300p 12f (meal 1 only)
On the 6th day you have 400c 100p 12f
Then you extend these numbers for 7 days and have 8th day 400c 100p 12f
You will continue this 7 low 1 high while increasing your high day carbs by 100 until you can't complete the goal carbs in one day (I stated in a recent post I was at 1200c and that is just about my fucking cap)
Now for the drugs. This is the simple part, Test Mast Tren Winstrol Anavar. Don't get overwhelmed trying to write up a cutting cycle. Great starting point is: 400 Test P or NE
400 Tren A or NE
400 Mast P
25+ Winstrol (5weeks)
-2 weeks off orals
50+ Anavar (5weeks)
- Repeat orals
Adex or Asin as you need
You may like these moderate doses, or you may like/need to go higher, don't be afraid to test the waters with doses high or low.
Training, I do change up my training a bit during these phases. I keep 1 "mass" movement in for each body part. The rest is "heavy pump work" I've posted my definition of this on here if you want to dig it up, it was a rep range advice post by someone.
