1 in 100 damn well that is reassuring at least. im not prone to hair loss being a red head i have far less strands of hair than the average person but very dense and thick - also have the DHT blocking shampoo for whatever thats worth. I'd like to drop a 2-3% BF and increase weight by 10-15lbs. right now if i remain natty its one or the other. in regards to calorie intake, i eat about 3300 cal per day. how much should i bump this up on gear? i was thinking maybe an additional 300-400 and then cut the calorie accordingly once i run the var to get to my goal physique
