1 in 100 damn well that is reassuring at least. im not prone to hair loss being a red head i have far less strands of hair than the average person but very dense and thick - also have the DHT blocking shampoo for whatever thats worth. I'd like to drop a 2-3% BF and increase weight by 10-15lbs. right now if i remain natty its one or the other. in regards to calorie intake, i eat about 3300 cal per day. how much should i bump this up on gear? i was thinking maybe an additional 300-400 and then cut the calorie accordingly once i run the var to get to my goal physique
 
Shampoo works as long as you use it, once discontinued, all benefits are lost.

If your cutting, you should reduce calories. By 100-200 per day, until you enter catatonic (I'm not sure I'm spelling that word right), essentially until you feel like sleeping all day. Then add in some calories (about 100). You wont enter that state unless you cut the carbs from the diet (1 whole grain source per day, along with several servings of veggies). Add in calories until you don't feel tired, then maintain at that ratio. You can't run a carb free diet for very long, I wouldn't say longer than a month, before you start adding more carbs into it, but then reduce other areas (usually protein, as you can up your protein intake to help enter the catatonic state, as protein does convert to energy, just at a poorer rate than carbs).

And when I say carbs, I mean clean carbs, not white bread, bleached flour, or that horse shit. I mean whole grain, wheat, or whatever the hell beans are (without sauce). Like a potato plain, or dry Ezekiel bread (no butter), or pinto beans. Try eating cleaner meats (fish, chicken, turkey) as well.
 
One more thing about diet, I had to experiment for years to find a regiment that worked for me. Currently I use mika's ladder, which counts portions based on how "clean" of a source they are, you eat so many from each category per day. This diet works for me, I've tried about 30 other kinds, with varying amount of success. So any advice someone gives you in this area might turn out to be total shit, as you need to find what works for your body.

But these two general things can be followed. When bulking you want to be in a caloric surplus, with a high protein intake. I know I'm there when my shit softens, and my farts stink really bad. For cutting, you want to run a caloric deficit. For me, this means cutting carbs out almost entirely, for a month, then slowly introducing them back in. I know I've hit bottom when finishing a workout is hard, and I feel sleepy all the time. You have to be really careful in caloric deficit's, as if you run them too low, you will lose muscle mass. Hence why for me, I feel it's best to lower my calories by 100 everyday or every other day and monitor my results.

You can also use an online caloric "guestimator" one that takes into account your lifestyle (active or sedentary), your workout regimen, and your BMI, height, weight.

Diet is the most complex thing (at least for me it is) to master. Working out is pretty straightforward, and so is gear once you get a few cycles under the belt.

With aromasin it kills off the enzymes that makes estrogen .
Adex blocks the estrogen it doesn't kill it

It's like a brick wall and only some estrogen can pass at a time .

If you stop taking the adex the brick wall goes away and the estrogen you where blocking hits you at once .

When that happens you end up like me with bitch tits and milk coming out of your tits .
Aromasin is better

As for AI dose (and I learned this the hard way) get your E checked regularly!!! And if necessary adjust your AI accordingly
 
thanks guys, glad i got the aromasin then. i plan on getting bloods done at 4-6 weeks in from a TRT doc nearby that is pretty loose with the pen in terms of tes, hcg, and other scripts
 
starting my cycle tomorrow. pretty disappointed in the bloods that light posted (thanks for being the pioneer) and all my gear is titan, so ill have to make some adjustments. ill be pinning 1.5ml TE 2x per wk and frontloading the first 3 weeks with 100mg test prop EOD. if the dose was right, that would be 750 mg of TE a week but based on the bloods i can conclude it will be roughly 400mg. once i get bloodwork done mid cycle ill report back and up the dosage if necessary. nerve damage in my shoulder is fully healed and ready to kill shit in the gym.

first cycle ever first pin today. today is a big day. i slammed 1.5cc TE into my outer right quad, about a hand lengths down from my hip bone. everything was fine and virtually no pip. soreness is now a 1/10 about 5-6 hours after, hopefully it stays like this. i took lights advice and did legs after pinning that location and had a great workout running on about 3 hrs sleep. the rush of pinning is like a natural preworkout. only one question/comment though. when pinning yourself, how do you successfully aspirate? i dont know if i jumped the gun or not but i had to pull back really hard to get an air bubble , i was afraid i would pull back too hard and full the whole rig up. i guess thats gonna take some muscle memory. it took about 45sec-1min to get the full 1.5cc w/ a 23 gauge. tomorrow is chest day and pinning 1cc prop right as i wake up. i have aromasin on hand, and will monitor e2 sides to start taking when necessary. any timetable on when i should expect to start running the a-sin w/ two 1.5cc TE per week and 1cc TP EOD? thanks fam
 
Ah I had to take a step back and reread your thread.

I was curious as to why you were pinning 1.5cc of test on your first cycle. I see that you are running titans gear and based off the bloods from lightspan you are assuming that your gear is underdosed, and you are trying to make up for it in your pinning.

This makes sense now that i have put two and two together, I just figured I would tell ya becuase I was gonna ask but I took a step back and tried to figure it out before I asked

Oh and I meant to ask you, what was it like taking a 23guage to a virgin muscle in the quad on your first pin?

I have been thinking of doing the same thing for my first pin with a 25 guage 1" instead of having my gf do it. I kinda wanna see if I got the balls to do it myself before i have my bitch do it

it was scary for sure. ive messed around with needles during my troubled past but those were slin pins and by the time all the liquid was depressed i was high as shit. but yeah the whole process was more intimidating than it was painful. once u pop the skin, just push tht bitch straight down - go to work. i went on the OUTER quad too, up high, i was doing some readings and a lot of people agreed this was a spot of low sensitivity and it felt fine for me.
 
Ok so if I put my palm on my hip where the femur connects on my hit perpendicular to my waist and spread my fingers out..right where the middle finger tip would be?
 
yea, lets get a vets opinion on this spot first but im sure its fine. little dull ache rite now after a nap still 1/10. well see how the prop treats me tomorrow; gonna go in the delt
 
Straight from Llewellyn's (2011) book, here is the injection spot.

As for aspirating, I do have to pull back quite hard, and you see a bubble enter the tip of the syringe (I use leur lock, not sure what kind of pin you are using). Leur lock tips have a bit of extra space in them, but I see a bubble that is less than the size of the whites on a trimmed pinky nail. I do have to pull back about an 1/8th of an inch on the plunger as there is resistance in aspirating. You are mainly looking for blood to enter the solution.

I couldn't find any good pics of aspiration, but here is a pic of the tip I use, the bubble does not go beyond the blue point when I aspirate.

Shit dude! 1.5cc quad pin as your very first? You're a beast! Did I miss why you can't or aren't hitting glutes? Anything over 1cc in the quad is too much for me.

As far as aspirating, it just takes some practice. You'll be able to do it one handed before too long.
 
As far as the aromasin, everybody is different. I would probably recommend 12.5 mg EOD unless you start seeing gyno related sides

i just didnt feel comfortable hitting glutes for the first pin, i think after a few more ill be up for it. thanks man
 
1cc prop right delt today. got the aspiration down much easier and did the shot a little bit faster (it was easier to push than the TE, or maybe i just wasnt as scared). hit chest today with one of my lifting buddies. picture keven washington (powerlifter in CT fletcher youtube videos) but at about 5-5 300. needless to say we were throwing around weight. stayed at 245 for sets of 10-12 on flat bench focusing on the contraction and controlling the weight. i was tempted to ego lift and load that bitch up, but well wait until i get deeper in for that. this was my first time lifting at this gym since my shoulder injury May 1. from May 1 - yesterday i joined a smaller gym closer to my house to rehab and build back up, but it was fun going back to my main wrecking ground. some new female talent over there too so thats always a plus, i have better lifts when hot girls are staring at me (whether that stare is out of affection or thinking im a tatted weirdo with veins popping out of my delts - i dont really give a shit) right quad was a little more sore than yesterday, i would rate it as a 4/10 on PIP. had to hobble around at work and throughout my day but my legs were sore in general from the workout, nothing unbearable from the TE. interested to see how my shoulder feels tomorrow as prop is regarded as having more PIP from what i read. mite add 1/4 ASIN pill on thursday when i slam another TE and TP shot, but dont know, well see what my indecisive mind settles on. dont want gyno, but kind of want to recognize high e2 symptoms so i can learn. the most successful people in life are the ones that are 1) genetically gifted 2) the hardest & smartest working and 3) learned the most from their experiences.
