Test-C and HGH for TRT+ cruise

I’m 56 years old and have been on TRT through an online provider for over two years. They’ve got me at 80mg Test-C twice a week, and every few months or so they add on 0.5mg Anastrozole twice a week. I don’t feel like I’m getting anything out of this dose, except spending money to chase my tail. Unfortunately this provider can’t/won’t go any higher than this.

Im not trying to get big; I’m just trying to stay toned and keep whatever muscle mass I have without spending the money on a provider only to feel like I’m getting nowhere.

I’m planning to take things into my own hands - somewhat mirroring what my TRT provider has me doing, but with adding HGH. My plan is to do 100mg Test-C twice a week along with 3iu HGH M-F, 1000 mg Metformin daily, and 0.5 mg Anastrozole twice a week, along with labs every 3 months.

My current labs for my TRT provider look good - testosterone 996 ng/dL, Estradiol 5.0 pg/mL, prostate-specific Ag 1.8 ng/mL, Albumin 4.7 g/dL, AST (SGPT) 31 IU/L, Hematocrit 50.3%, Sex Hormone Binding Glob, Serum 43.2 nmol/L, HBA1C 5.2% and glucose 87 mg/dL.

Does my proposed protocol look good for a TRT+ cruising dose or should I be considering something else for my age and goals?

It’s correct. I always suspected he prescribed it because he felt it wouldn’t hurt/help, yet be more income for the TRT provider…
Makes zero sense. Absolutely none. Your E2 on 160 mg/week is 7.2 pg/ml and your "Doc" prescribes an AI? F me.

Your aromatization is remarkable.

That’s part of the reason I am planning to take things into my own hands. I feel these online “TRT mills” are limited on what they can/will do and are in it solely for the money. I’m truly getting nowhere with it.

Years past, when I was a younger man, I did my fair share of AAS. I didn’t always follow the best advice and oftentimes did so without labs. I’m not trying to go down that road again. I want a good protocol for my age and goals, and I think what I’ve outlined may be it. Obviously I’ll adjust as needed based on my labs and outcomes, but always keeping it at a cruise, and never a blast.
