If you feel great, then don't change anything.
Generally speaking, I think you are both correct, and overall I would agree.the only time i feel bad is when i change when i feel good
However, there has to be caution attached to that. What do I mean? I feel great when my e2 is between 35 and 60, ideally 40. Currently, I feel really great because I've added orals as preWO and my e2 is at 120. Should I stay at 120? Is that healthy short or long term? Or, should I dial it in a little better?
(By the way, that e2 jumped from 60 to 120 within 2 weeks - I draw bloods every 2 weeks currently).
