Hello,
I'm new to this forum. Figured I'd introduce myself by logging my current cycle. Unfortunately I'm already 2 weeks in, but there is still plenty to happen
A little background on me, I've been strength training for awhile now. Never been much into bodybuilding, but I decided with this cycle I was going to really focus on putting on some good mass while further bringing up my strength. I definitely have some weak points I want to work on with my physique. Pre cycle I was 5'9, and weighed 195lbs. Was tested at roughly 9% (skinfold).
So to get to the fun stuff! Here is the layout of my cycle,
Weeks 1-14 test e @ 400mg's a week
Weeks 1-4 Dbol @ 30mg's a day
Weeks 9-13 Adrol @ 50mg's a day
I'm running CEL cycle assist throughout, my regular multivitamin, and arimidex as little as I feel I can get away with it. Starting about week 6-7 I was thinking about running some hcg up until pct.
I'm going a little heavy on pct, but I already had it laying around so I figured I'd take it.
Clomid @ 100/75/50/50
Nolva @ 40/40/20/20
Arimidex e3d @ .5mg
So far I'm up to 208lbs. So roughly a 13.5lbs gain in two weeks.
My macros at the moment are at 800 grams of carbs a day, 200 grams of fats, and 300 grams of protein.
I haven't tested out my 1 reps yet, but pre cycle I was at a 345 bench, 445 squat, and 545 deadlift. Using a 1rm calculator and some intuition, I am guessing my bench is at at least 365, squat should be about 465, and deadlift about 565, so a 20lbs increase on each. I'm in the middle of a peaking program right now and hoping to hit a 495 squat, 385 bench, and 585 deadlift at the end of the dbol. Then hopefully maintain those numbers until I start the adrol.
I will post any weight fluctuations, diet changes, and my daily workout regimens on my logs so if anyone likes my results, they can feel free to follow it.
