Test/Dbol/Adrol

Hello,

I'm new to this forum. Figured I'd introduce myself by logging my current cycle. Unfortunately I'm already 2 weeks in, but there is still plenty to happen ;)

A little background on me, I've been strength training for awhile now. Never been much into bodybuilding, but I decided with this cycle I was going to really focus on putting on some good mass while further bringing up my strength. I definitely have some weak points I want to work on with my physique. Pre cycle I was 5'9, and weighed 195lbs. Was tested at roughly 9% (skinfold).

So to get to the fun stuff! Here is the layout of my cycle,

Weeks 1-14 test e @ 400mg's a week
Weeks 1-4 Dbol @ 30mg's a day
Weeks 9-13 Adrol @ 50mg's a day

I'm running CEL cycle assist throughout, my regular multivitamin, and arimidex as little as I feel I can get away with it. Starting about week 6-7 I was thinking about running some hcg up until pct.

I'm going a little heavy on pct, but I already had it laying around so I figured I'd take it.

Clomid @ 100/75/50/50
Nolva @ 40/40/20/20
Arimidex e3d @ .5mg

So far I'm up to 208lbs. So roughly a 13.5lbs gain in two weeks.

My macros at the moment are at 800 grams of carbs a day, 200 grams of fats, and 300 grams of protein.

I haven't tested out my 1 reps yet, but pre cycle I was at a 345 bench, 445 squat, and 545 deadlift. Using a 1rm calculator and some intuition, I am guessing my bench is at at least 365, squat should be about 465, and deadlift about 565, so a 20lbs increase on each. I'm in the middle of a peaking program right now and hoping to hit a 495 squat, 385 bench, and 585 deadlift at the end of the dbol. Then hopefully maintain those numbers until I start the adrol.

I will post any weight fluctuations, diet changes, and my daily workout regimens on my logs so if anyone likes my results, they can feel free to follow it.
 
Nolva is a serm DQ, and I think he's just taking his adex during the pin weeks as needed

Arrrgh, that's the second time I do that, calling nolva an AI. Must be enhanced athlete on YouTube brainwashing me.

Why would you use an estrogen blocker with an AI though, useless, more toxic and expensive too.

I appreciate some like to use adex when coming off Nolva, to avoid estro to bombard the receptors, but nolva AND adex?

Yeah, sorry about that. Don't know why I put arimidex by pct. I mean right now I'm doing it e3d, or as little as possible. I'm trying not to go less that e3d because I really don't want to wakeup one day with swollen up nips and be shooting milk across the room. Ha, JK.

Seriously though, that would really suck. I might take it after pct is over just in case there is some estro rebound. Last time I used nolva I didn't have any problems so hopefully I don't now.

As far as training this week, I started off with,

Monday: 3x8 squats @ 345lbs, 3x8 bench @ 275lbs, 3x6 deadlifts at 415lbs. Reps all went up easy except on deadlifts. I almost shit myself in the middle of the gym... I swear I didn't though. Ha.

Tuesday: 3x8 flat bench db presses, 3x8 lat pulldowns, 3x8 seated rows, 3x8 t-bar rows, 3x6 seated barbell press, 4x8 standing hammer curls, 4x15 preacher curls, 4x8 skull crushers, 4x15 tricep pushdowns.

Today will be a 4x6 of squats, 4x6 of bench, 3x8 leg extensions, 3x8 leg curls, 4x8 standing calf raise, 4x15 seated calf raise. Squats will be at 365 and.bench will be at 295.
 
Welcome to the forum. Who put your cycle together - you are running 2 AIs for PCT, Nolva and Adex?

I just saw you asked who put the cycle together. I kind of concocted it myself. I saw a bunch of people running abombs and dbol together and getting good results, which it definitely seems like you should blow the hell up. I just wasnt too fond about running them together at the same time and especially not without a test base. So I figured, why not break them up a bit, and throw in some test? Figured it would spare the liver a tad and help with on cycle experience.

Honestly, this is all just speculation from someone who is still pretty new to the game. Ha. It could be an awesome bulking cycle, or it could suck donkey dick. I'm kind of going for the awesome bulking cycle though.
