You have good shape bro, your taller than most of us shorter guys, so getting that 3D look takes a bit longer than us but i believe once you add more mass and diet down you can have that POP and especially at 6’2 it will look impressive. Good luck to you brother! looking good
Thanks for the encouragement brother! That is the plan to gain mass on this cycle an i believe im on my way there. Understand its not a sprint so happy with keeping my doses low at the moment and it will take how ever long it takes. Seen your cycle log just now id be happy if i could get to even half the size of yourself!!
 
You and I are the exact same weight and height so I can confidently say You are definitely lower than 17.5% body fat. You have an awesome frame to bulk on, this is going to be an excellent cycle I'm excited to see the end result!
 
Weeks 1-4 Dbol @ 30 mg
Weeks 1-12 Test E @ 500 mg
Weeks 1-10 Deca @ 300 mg
Weeks 11-14 Mast P @ 100 mg EOD
Weeks 13-14 Test P @ 100 mg EOD

Starting this cycle tomorrow. Looking to put on mass and make some solid gains. Stats 25yo, 6'2 and weighed 224lbs this morn; i am also a natural ectomorph body type. Cant wait to train tmro after work will be pinning my test and deca an starting dbols. Going to log this cycle from start to end. Thanks lads.

Hahaha thanks for pointing that out. My legs need bringing up thats for sure but im working on it. We all have our weak points. Im open to criticism and i accept that my legs arent the best but i will enjoy the process of improving them. For the record arms are around 18’’ legs r def bigger than that;)
 
Quick update- hopped on scales yday weighing 17.0st. That is a gain of 12 pounds up to now at week 7. Dont feel like there is much water or bloat up to now feels like a clean gain. Can anyone tell me of this is an adequate amount of weight gain up to now?
 
Sorry have been off the map for this log. Had all intentions of logging the details of my cycle and training but some things have unfolded in my life that demanded my time. Nevertheless, i have been training as hard as ever and can give a final update now:

Due to finish my cycle this week and begin pct at some point next week. Ended up throwing in the mast for last 5 weeks. It has dried me out nicely and tightened me up a little bit, which is a good way to conclude cycle. Now have better understanding of compound and how i may be able to use it in future.

Tonight i weighed 17st 4lbs which is a gain of 16lbs. Feel like altogether it was a successful cycle and i plan on retaining any muscle gained and getting fitter over next few months before i consider my next cycle.

Unsure what it will be, im open to suggestions. Im also unsure whether i should bulk or cut. Im leaning towards idea of a cut; determining new maintenence calories, then putting myself in a 100/200 cal deficit with high protein and timed carbs as well as including more cardio/fasted cardio. When i have reached desired bodyfat and vascularity, i will continue to lift but in a 200 cal surplus to keep myself in a position to build muscle and stay lean in run up to next cycle. Any opinions would be appreciated about what i should do next! Got one or two pics here can get more if any one is interested.

Retain gains? How did you feel emotionally/physically weeks after stopping pct? In any case, upper body looks nice. There was a back shot you had and your back was THICK
 
Well done, absolutely a successful cycle!

IMO I would run 300-500 test, 200mg tren, maybe a little anavar for motivation for 5-6 weeks. 2 weeks yohimbine, 2 weeks eca, 2 weeks yohombine, cycle carbs and 40 mins fasted cardio in the morning with the fat burners. Little recomp that will leave you confident and ready for your next blast to run a little longer.

Only just seen this brother sorry for late reply. Thank you its all about motivating eachother isnt it ! I misused steroids from a young age and there has been times where i havnt done pct. After my current pct has concluded i am going to have a few months off and go and get some bloodwork for the first time. Only then will i truly know if iv recovered. If it makes any difference i know my swimmers are working haha. Thanks for the compliment bro gonna focus on bringing these legs up !! By the way iv felt down first week or two into pct... nothing u cant handle. Keep training and eating.

Thanks buddy @CanadianPride im happy with how cycle went and also consider it a success as i got my gf pregnant whilst on. Hmmm either that or the window cleaner has been doing a number on her while im at work haha. I will look into what you have mentioned and do a bit of research. Deffo fasted cardio just need to read up on carb cycling stuff like that. Thanks for info

I’ve done test deca dbol cycle but I had to stop it.
Just curious, where do you pin usually and what size of syringe you use?
The reason I’m asking is that I’ve done Test400 and I have lump on my ass the whole week couldn’t sit or even workout at all so I stopped the cycle and I was like fuck it.
Do you think it caused by the high concentration test400!! Like should I get test250 better maybe?

More than likely is caused by the concentration of the compound. You could dilute with .5 of sterile USP oil, sterile sesame oil, or ethyl oleate or even BB but that’s what I use when needed and injection quality seems better than with any natural oil. Also give heating up the oil before injection a shot. That as well may help reduce pip and of course a good hard massage of area can help as well.
