Got some gh coming from @opti so expect that to be added to this run.

Yesterday was back day. Had an amazing workout, great pumps, and strength is through the roof. Now that these injectables are really kicking in, the gains and strength are dwarfing what I assume wasn’t mainly just the dbol initially. But I also took a 10mg dose of M1T with my regular 25mg dbol, so I’m sure that had an effect as well.

Back day went like:

1 mile treadmill cardio @ 6mph

Seated cable rows (wide grip):
1x30 @100
3x20 @ 150
(Close grip)

Pulldown machine: (single arm)

Lat pulldowns:

Going to be hitting chest tonight, so I’ll log that workout later. I gotta say I’m very excited for the addition of gh to this cycle though. I’ve wanted to do a good run of gh for a very long time now.

Incline chest press machine:

Incline bench smith machine:

Pec deck (chest fly machine):
(Really focused on contraction and squeeze)

Cable tricep kickbacks (reverse curl type motion w/ handle)

End of workout.

Today was a shot day. Took 210mg test E, 150mg deca, and 150mg DHB, splitting the injection bilaterally in the delts (half in each delt). Then preworkout 25mg dbol and 10mg M1T. Awesome pump tonight.

Last night I did arms (bis and tris) looked like:

Curl machine super set w/ tricep machine:
4x20 curls @ 80 & 4x20 tris @ 80 alternating

DB concentration curls:
3x12 w/ 35lb DB
3x 12 w/ 30lb DB
(Really focusing on the squeeze here)

DB hammer curls:
3x20 w/ 40lb DBs

Straight BB curls:
3x12 @ 60lb

Cable tricep pushdown (rope grip):
4x20 @ 90lb

Cable single are tricep kickback:

3x15 @ 40lb

Close grip standing cable rows:
(with the I focused on keeping my shoulder blades stationary, and just flairing my elbows to the sides, causing bicep isolation, and minimal back activation. Great arm workout)
4x30 @ 120lb

End of workout. Huge pump. Pound protein, then sleep!

Today I’m about to go hit legs. Just pinned 210mg test E, 150mg DHB, 150mg deca, and took 40mg of dbol. Also took 50mg ephedra, 200mg caffeine, and 81mg aspirin (ECA stack) as my preworkout. I’ll log the workout after I finish up! And to those of you who are following along, I really do appreciate it. The more active the logs stay, the more motivational it is, and the more I want to update. Keeping a log helps keep me accountable, which is totally beneficial to my progress. Is there anything more you guys wanna see? Anything I could do to make this more interesting, or provide insight to something I’m not documenting enough? Suggestions are appreciated, and comments are as well.

Also, what about the sides. It's a big stack so I assume you'd have Some sides.
In terms of sides, I’m really not dealing with anything too drastic honestly.
- Elevated estrogen, from excessive aromatization would probably be the most notable, hence why I’m taking .5mg Anastrozole every day. I have mild gyno already, lumps probably the size of a quarter, so keeping that in check is enormous for me. I added proviron today, so hopefully because of that, I’ll be able to reduce my Anastrozole dosage. Taking Adex every day is not healthy.
- Mild acid reflux, which has only happened a few days, out of the full 4 weeks I’ve been on now. Today actually makes exactly 4 weeks.
- Excessive sweating, and high body temp, which is something I’m pretty used to.
- Elevated blood pressure. Nothing new, my normal blood pressure off cycle is high, so this was expected.
Something I noticed today, for the first time actually was EXTREME back pumps during squats. I attribute this to the dbol, but I’ve been on dbol for this whole cycle so idk. I’ve been taking between 25mg to 50mg of TGI dbol capsules, and it’s worked well. But today I took 40mg (four 10mg presses tablets) from Iron Pharma, and got the gnarliest back pumps I’ve ever had after 5 sets of squats. Idk why the difference.

Aside from what I mentioned above I can’t really think of any other sides. Sex drive has been through the roof, acne has been very mild, and strength and gains have been phenomenal. I attribute the lack of sides mainly to the EOD pinning schedule with long esters. Doing everything consistently, the same way every day, keeps hormone levels all extremely stable, at the same level all the way through. No fluctuation = no major side effects.
And here are some body pics, no no-homo comment needed lol. This is a bodybuilding thread, and bodybuilding is the only time it’s acceptable for straight men to walk around in thongs lmao.

Leg flex pic was taken today, about 45 minutes after leg day. Legs are definitely a weak point for me, and something I’d really like to improve upon. Those back pumps really killed my squats today.

So today was my first dose of HGH, and I am extremely stoked! Got a kit from Opti, which is 120iu (12iu per vial). Reconstituted 1 vial with 1ML of Bacteriostatic Water, making each tick mark (10 units) on a 1cc slim pin equal to 1.2iu. Drew up 20 units (2.4iu) and injected into my quad, in a fasted state. Still debating on my dosing protocol for the gh. Anyone have any tips or experience? And how long should I wait after dosing to eat? Also say I wanted to take a second dose later in the day, how long after a meal should I wait before redosing? What’s the general consensus for a good gh protocol?
 
So far I’ve done 2.4iu gh this morning, 1 hour prior to breakfast. Had 5 whole eggs, 4 pieces of turkey bacon, 2 packets of Quaker protein oatmeal w/ half a cup of almonds, and Fairlife whole milk.
Went to the gym about an hour after breakfast, 20mg dbol & 25mg proviron, did a light deload style back day. Post workout, and about 3 hours since my last meal, I did a second 2.4iu dose of gh. I might stick with a protocol like this, if it doesn’t begin to negatively effect my ability to hit daily calorie intake. Would really like some suggestions on HGH usage!

My hands and wrist were really killing me, and not just a numb feeling (it isn't that bad imo) but my grip geeez wanted to stop right away. Dropped to 2iu and tapered back up to 4iu in 3 weeks or so. First few week, the sides were doable but they got worse each day.

Yeah in the past running high doses of GHRP2 and CJC-1295 no DAC the CTS was unbearable. Couldn’t even really hold weights in the gym to train after a while. Also I once ran a single kit of Lilly Humatrope (72iu) and a kit of alley Evogene HGH (100iu). I did 6iu total 4iu evogene and 2iu Humatrope ED till it was gone. Got lots of numbness from this as well. I’ll see how it goes though. Hopefully it’s tolerable, if not I’ll back the dose down.
The good news is, last night I got the most AMAZING nights sleep. Very deep sleep, vivid dreams, and uninterrupted. I’ve been sleeping like shit for a while, especially since starting this cycle, so that was a very pleasant surprise.
 
So I believe I’m dropping the dbol today. Taking a break from the orals. After a couple months I believe I will add winny, anavar, tren A and masteron P/E. And lower the doses of the current compounds.

Why only the first 4 weeks with the DHB? Do you think that’ll be long enough for the cyp ester..?
Sorry guess I didn’t write it properly, I meant only the first 4wks for anadrol 8 wks for everything else and then just continuing with sustanon @450mg/wk for another 10wks. I like the thought of sustanon with anadrol because there won’t be a lot of potential estrogen to have to control while running the anadrol. Which I am hoping a low dose nolva for the the 4wks while on anadrol at only 10mg Ed will suffice, by the time I am finished with the anadrol my body will be saturated enough with test, at which point I plan to switch to aromasin

I will tell you that I noticed much better results running both Mast E and P together. I would inject mast E 250mg every Monday, and the mast P 75mg eod. Compared to before and just running mast P 125mg eod. I stayed nice and dry while on 500mg of test e, I am really sensitive e to estrogen, I felt like I didn’t need as strong as choke hold on a AI, like I usually do. Next time I will run mast E and then proviron see if I like that better then both the masts

20 units is 20iu’s not sure if you knew that or not. 1cc syringe contains 100units, sure it was just a typo/mistake. Just for others that might be reading and confused. But that would be a shit ton of gh brother. 20units Into your thigh!?!?!?

I thought I should add this, but the way you are using the GH, would be much more beneficial for what you are trying to accomplish if you accompanied it with insulin. If you aren’t looking to take it to that level, then at least Berberine or metformin, Because your blood sugar is really gonna start to rise. Just be aware.
