Test E 600mg/wk 1st Cycle

@johnnydoe so would you say you fuck with the TEN like 2x per week. I have some myself and am curious how I am going to be using/enjoying it in my upcoming cycle.
Yeah usually twice a week. I'm more concerned with my upper body at the moment and use it to give me a little boost. I've been taking 100mg about an hour before I go to the gym. It gives you a big spike in your testosterone. It only stays active 4-5 hours in your system but during that time your test levels are way higher. My bro tried some and it didnt do much for him but I think it's because he isnt running test now. He is only on trt and dbol. My test levels are already high so it's a lot more noticable when I take it. The first time I took it I did 75mg and it worked good. It will have you a lot more focused and confident in the gym.
 
@johnnydoe Thanks bro. For traps I usually do shrugs both BB smith and DB. I think they get hit a lot on back day, t bar rows, bent over rows all those variations. Hit a lot on shoulders too, rear delts, lateral raises all that shit.

I gained ~10lbs quick, I think transitioning from cutting to bulking and the massive increase in food/carbs. By bf is around 20% I'm guessing (I've got a scale that says it, use it mostly as a reference at least) so I think I'm carrying a lot of water.

Glad to see my bench numbers going up a lot. Arms measured 17.5". Weight this morning was 235.6lb. HCG 250iu 2x wk, adex .5mg EOD. Moderate weights are starting to feel really light, and I'm getting a ridiculous pump. I'm going to increase the calories to ~3600, maybe more depending to make sure I keep gaining. Goal is still to hit every bodypart 2x/wk minimum.

I got a comment that I was "looking slimmer" - at least in the waist. Kind of odd, not sure if my shoulders/chest/back is getting bigger or my abs are getting better from hitting them so much more. Regardless weight is up. just want to make sure this isn't water weight.

All else has been going well...actually seems like my blood pressure is high, kinda out of breath on some exercises or if I push it really hard - generally my muscles would give out before cardio becomes a factor lol

I've been keeping calorie/protein averages per week that I'll upload tonight, along with my back/bi/potentially shoulder workout- cals weren't as high as I was wanting at the beginning but that's fine seeing as the test was still kicking in and I don't want to get "fat"'. That being said I'm upping my cals to ~3600 this past week and potentially ~4000 the next week. Seem my weight gain has leveled off.

Other sides seem to be an unique 'smell' - not sure if it's the excessive sweating/oil or what, but I seem smelly. My hygiene has stayed the same lol. Also lots of boners. I mean lots. I fucked a chick 4 times in about 4 hours last night and could've kept going lol.

I appreciate the feedback and you guys following me
 
Also I'm going to have to catch up on the Pharmacom drama, I was potentially planning another cycle - thinking test/tren - in the next year or so depending on how this wraps up

I typically do a lot of volume on chest - my first lifts whether DB or BB I like to go heavier on and get the most work done - I also take longer rest times - maybe 1.5ish mins between sets.

Tricep rope pushdowns I rest maybe 30 seconds, same with dips, same with any iso machine at the end of my workouts. Chest is my favorite workout by far. I like to do 2 upper exercises, 2 lower exercises and maybe 2 or so combined

I kind of do the same for back - 2-3 lat primary, 2-3 row primary, 2 rear delts/traps etc
 
@MoneyShot yeah there seems to be a lot of drama with Pcom on these forums. I just hope my gear is good lol. Did my first pin yesterday of the test300 and the dbol ill be running 40mg a day for 4 weeks. Im anxious to see my mid cycle bloods....
 
@cdusgk91 - it is interesting, I ordered from D, he gave me a good discount and I felt like I could count on it. I'm starting week 6 on Sunday and will look to get bloods week 8 or so (i gotta check on the time and request time off work lol). I feel great though and have sides, so who knows. I thought they tested good on anaboliclabs and everywhere else I could see. But at the end of the day it's still a shady industry...
 
@MoneyShot if you're getting the sides of test then there's gotta be test in the bottle. Now is it dosed properly is the question. I really hope you get some good blood test results bro. But as long as you're making gains I guess that's the most important lol. What kind of AI are you running again? And what about PCT did you get that from D too?
 
@cdusgk91 - lol right, not sure if quality control on the dosing is a super strong point. I mean I feel good and I'm confident in it. I feel almost as good as when I ran halodrol back in the day and its mid week 5. We'll see here in a couple weeks when I get my bloods. At least D doesn't seem to run away from questions from what I can tell

AI is arimidex also from pharmacom. But then I swear I read something the other day saying they manufacture their own adex...

PCT I got clomid from D and Nolva from 24K Pharma, also HCG from 24K Pharma. Packaging looks good too. I can PM you pictures if you'd like - I know revealing shipping methods, packaging etc is a no no

Got crazy pumped from all the pasta I ate earlier. Typically I'll do pullups/bent over rows first but skipped them this time, I did some pull ups in with the lat pulldowns but didn't keep track. Good workout overall, heart was really pumping and I was sweating like stupid
 
@MoneyShot you're about 4 weeks in now aren't you?? Should definetely be feeling the test. Is the nolva and hcg from 24k from their own lab or is it a pharma brand that they sold? Im still bummed out they closed shop :/
