Test E 600mg/wk 1st Cycle

Aight bros, I'm getting this log started to track progress/goals throughout this cycle. I'm running Pharmacom 300mg Test e, arimidex, clomid. 24K pharma HCG and Nolva.

Stats:

6'3"
225lbs
bf: ~19%
Bench: 330ish
Squat: 300ish
Just started deadlifting a few months ago so nothing impressive there
Arms: 17.25"

Cycle:

1-12 (potentially 15) - test e 600mg/wk (300mg 2x week)
- HCG 300iu EOD
- adex starting around wk 3 - starting .5mg EOD and increasing as needed​
15-18 - Nolva 20/20/20/20/10
- Clomid 50/50/50/50

Might add in some Superdrol the last 5 weeks or so as well

I'm a week in as far as pinning goes - pinning Sunday morning and Wednesday night.

Goal:
Lean bulk. Diet will be ~500 over maintenance. Probably lifting 6 times a week. I primarily want to gain as much size as possible without turning into a fatass lol.

Pins 1 & 2
After pinning on Sunday I felt good. Woke up Monday morning and had a stupid pain on my right glute. Felt like I literally got kicked by a goddamn horse. I went to the clinic Tuesday and got some antibiotics I'm taking now. At this point it's a pretty large firm/hard tender lump. Not sure if I missed the muscle or what - I'm using 23g 1.5" pins. The nurse said she didn't feel any liquid and ruled out an abscess. I pinned fast as fuck, literally took me about 5 seconds to empty the syringe.

Pin 2 in left buttock was much better - took about a 1.5mins to fully empty the syringe. Heated the vial in warm water before. Massaged the area after and hit legs, stretched, and the sauna. Also got a heating pad I've been utilizing.

Not really sure wtf is going on with my pinning so far. Just need these sites to get better so I can continue as planned.

Advice/encouragement/criticism is welcome!
Also I'll get some pictures up of everything this weekend!
 
Slow the fuck down :eek:
Seriously tho, don't rush it. Push the plunger slow, let it take 20-30 seconds if need be. Then leave the needle in another few seconds before ripping it out.

Ah yea bro, got a little excited. I'm really paying for it now though, let me tell ya!

Honestly, it sounds like virgin muscle pain and you probably jumped the gun on the antibiotic (better safe than sorry though!)
Even guys who start TRT with pharmacy grade liquids and a nurse injecting will get pain and swelling at 300mg/shot.

My assumption is by week 5, maybe 6 it will all be a thing in the past and you'll barely notice it (2-3 days minor discomfort).
Are you pinning only glutes or quads too?
What does your pinning process look like? I can offer some suggestions for improvement.

Also, just be careful of injecting the same spot too often. It can cause some issues if there wasn't enough time to heal or absorb.

Original plan was only glutes - left side is sore, no lump (pinned it second), right side is sore but smaller lump than originally - still using the heat pad. I think I'm gonna have to switch to quads, which I am really not looking forward to. I'll be destroying legs right after so hopefully that will help distribute the oil.

Pinning process for the second pin:
  • Heated water in a cup and set vial in to warm the liquid for a few mins - turned into more water like viscosity than oil
  • 91% alcohol on cotton balls - cleaned the vial top and injection site
  • drew with 23g so I could get a feel for how hard I need to inject/draw. I've got 18g that I used for drawing the first time, but I needed to get a feel for the 23g
  • Honestly got a little nervous at this point getting ready in the mirror.
  • Injected top of glute 300mg/ml, breathed slowly and counted about 75s to fully inject. Kinda started shaking and couldn't see real well which made things difficult.
  • Pulled needle out slowly. A tiny bit of oil and blood (maybe a drop of two).

Aight bros, injections have been going much better. Heating the liquid and going slow seems to be the trick. I'm just getting a slight soreness at this point.

Diet has been on point - protein has varied from 225-275g/day, calories have been 3100-3300. I've gained a decent amount of weight ~7-10lbs I'm attributing to carbs and water at this point.

Training is going great - dunno if it's placebo effect or it the test is starting to kick in a bit but my strength is increasing pretty good.

DB flat bench workout was:
70x15
90x11
100x9
100x9
110x7
110x5
80x9

Bench press is 225x12, and 275x3 on my fourth set. Best lifts I could get without a spot, I've done better before but fuck it I'll go with it.

I've been running adex .25mg EOD so far, going to up to .5mg EOD this weekend.

I'll upload starting pictures tomorrow night along with pre cycle bloods (starting test was 504 - so nothing great there).

It's the PE..given there's a slight increase in test on your 1st pin-you would see "some" benefits.. But on Test E--wait until week 4-6..you'll find out how it feels to be Superman!;)

Yea I think the transition from cutting to bulking is the main reason. Cutting was almost zero carbs and lots of meat. I've added in a ton of carbs and my bodyweight fluctuates quite a bit depending on carbs and water. Low 220s before and low 230s now in the morning.

It's the PE..given there's a slight increase in test on your 1st pin-you would see "some" benefits.. But on Test E--wait until week 4-6..you'll find out how it feels to be Superman!;)

I've got almost the same stats as you. 6'3" 222 lbs. I'm on about week 8 of my first cycle. I started at about 202lbs. I didn't really start noticing anything untill week 5 or so. I'm doing 500mg test E a week. Plus I've been using about 200mg of TNE a week recently. If you need any help while on your cycle hit me up. I had some painful injections my first few, they get better as it goes. I have a training log on here also if you want to check it out.
 
Damn bro you only eat 3.2k cals a day at 225lbs for lean bulking?

lmao bro, it used to be impossible for me to gain weight up until about 21-22. Now it's like the complete opposite. Sedentary job at the moment I suppose. Cals have been low 3k and I've been gaining. I'll probably be upping them ~200 more since I've gained in the past few weeks.

I mean if I go out to eat and have a burger a couple days a week, I'll put on about 3lbs that will stay with me for a couple weeks. It's consistently been like that the past few years lol

  • Injections have been going great after the first two. A little practice and good habits go a long way
  • Lifts have been increasing and I'm getting ridiculous pumps
  • Beginning of week 4 will be this Sunday
Onto the bad - I seem to be developing some sensitivity in my left nipple. I have slight gyno from a prohormone cycle from years ago, maybe a small pea sized lump. My bf is also around 20%. I'm thinking I'm gyno prone. I increased adex to .5mg EOD at the beginning of week 3. I'm thinking about increasing to 1mg EOD and see how I respond. I have 110 1mg tabs total and can get more if needed. Thoughts?

I read over high E2 symptoms and they seem to fall pretty well in line with me. Just another reason to increase the adex.

Pre cycle bloods and pictures will be posted tomorrow
 
Just a suggestion, drop the HCG for a little while and see if it helps........ U can always bring it back in week 5-6 or if your nuts start to retreat...... HCG can actually cause Gyno.... I'm not Gyno prone but anything over 250 IU gets the nips a little sensitive:)

Adex is strong and you would think .5mg eod would be plenty for 600mg test/week unless you are prone to gyno. You have plenty of time to play around with your doses to find out what works for you. You should start seeing some big gains pretty soon. I didnt notice much the first 4-5 weeks, after that I packed on about 20 lbs in a few weeks.

That was my plan b as well - I started 300iu EOD for the first 2 weeks and reduced to 250iu EOD this week (to make sure I didn't run out, I've got 15000iu total). I'm just debating on whether I should reduce it or drop it altogether...maybe 250iu 2x/wk and adex .5mg EOD? I'll try that. If the sensitivity doesn't subside within a few days I'll drop it altogether - I just hate not staying consistent, ya know

Yeah man, I'm sure some of it is water weight but the majority is muscle. Really surprised me how fast I started growing. It has slowed down a lot now though. Just trying to make steady slower gains the rest of my cycle. I'm not taking hcg. I've got shriveled ball syndrome at the moment lol. I'll get them back online after my cycle. I might consider using it my next cycle. It doesnt really matter to me much though.
