Everything looks good man just keep it up. I've been working on my traps too. What all do you do? Just the usual shruggs? I also have left nipple paranoia. I think it's all in my head though. I dont think my face has gotten much chubbier besides the normal weight gain. You might be retaining more water than me. I work in the heat and sweat a lot. I have gained 20 lbs so far though my body fat is staying around 14.5% but I haven't really been eating clean. I need to hit abs a lot more, I'm hitting them EOD right now, along with traps and calves. Everything is solid form, probably 3:1 tempo getting a good stretch and powerful back up
Also I've reduced HCG to 250iu E3D, Saturdays and Tuesdays. Adex is still .5mg EOD. Maybe slight left nipple sensitivity, can't tell if I'm just paranoid or what. Weight is mid 230s in the morning. Diet is just over 3k calories (will update more on this). Also my face is looking fucking chubbier
